The rate of missed diagnosis worldwide per country could be just as high, the reality of this being lives lost.

A friend of a former colleague of mine, was diagnosed with lung cancer and she had never smoked in her life. The confusion and anger this caused as it's easy to assume smoking is the only cause of lung cancer.

And to add the impact and endless delays caused by the recent multi year lockdowns, what with masks being worn endlessly, missed appointments, unvaccinated being refused entry to places, every possibility.
