A takeover would be meaningless, if we were struggling like Sierra then makes sense but we are not.

Refining anyone of our molecules through Phase 1 would net us a massive amount for that molecule ONLY.Providing enough funds to see the others through P1.

We have the money to get 1801 through P1, it's value alone I reckon would be far more than a T/O value for the whole company now.

T/O sound great but where we are it would be a disappointment.

Buy cheap sell high. Pre clinical is the cheapest big pharma can get their greasy hands on one of our molecules.

Post P1 with solid and promising results, it will be a bidding war like never before. I can wait.

As Pi's we benefit from every compound we have going forward. Potential from all fronts. So with every step forward, sp appreciates 737, Agile, you name it. And on top of all of that, a race by big pharma to acquire 1801. Gonna be worth it unless one makes an early move any day now.

This has been going over my mind for some days now and rightly said Potnak, it's going to happen.

The plan has never been to go P3, but to discover, refine, get some good trial results and SALE. Of compound not company, unless they want the whole thing.

Which lightly convinces me that talks have begun but Tim and co are likely asking for more and being as ****y as possible and since the HNWIs came onboard, we are strong on that poker table. The HNWIs came on board to cover P1, it's going to happen. Great results from that and we all know what that can do to the sp. Look at the figures Sareum once posted.

'SDC-1801’s clinical transition progressing to plan

Completion of final pre-clinical toxicology and safety studies for SDC-1801 in Q421 marks a key milestone for the company. While we are encouraged by this, final results from the study (data analysis underway, with results expected by the end of March 2022) would be instrumental in shaping Sareum’s plans for a CTA filing, particularly in light of ongoing toxicity concerns around the janus kinase (JAK) class of assets. Management has indicated that preliminary data from the studies appear PROMISING (meeting the objective of identifying organs/tissues susceptible to high-dose toxicity and determine the appropriate first-in-human dose range) and support SDC-1801’s progression to the clinic. Sareum expects to initiate Phase Ia clinical trials in H222 pending successful CTA filing (with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) and approval in mid-2022. While the study design is still being finalised (with guidance from external consultants), Sareum has disclosed the trial will investigate the safety of ascending doses of SDC-1801 in healthy volunteers, before the selection of an initial indication for further clinical studies in patients. In addition to safety, the first trial would aim to assess initial efficacy signals by analysing SDC-1801’s effect on certain predictive biomarkers of autoimmune disease. Progress on the manufacturing front remain on track with the SDC-1801 API and oral capsule formulation under GMP conditions expected to be available by the time the trial starts in H222.
