Sareum has always been quiet and delay ridden. But so much is due this year and this month to be exact. Curiosity around why this change was made now and what prompted it is what comes to mind.

There is no crime in looking forward to what is going to happen eventually. I want a deal to happen post P1 because of the higher value, but we've all be calling for a deal everyday for the past decade and now people are asking the deal to wait a few months. That's interesting. It can happen tomorrow, I just Want £3 billion at least.

If the change by Tim is the crossing of I's and dotting of T's, I really don't mind.

Exciting times for us with GSK now and in the coming days and months.

The only one near commercialisation is AZD1656, and which big pharma decides to take it up into commercialisation and P3 we may soon know.

Am expecting post P1 tbh, we have the funds and that's why I am happy and relaxed.

Sareum is in its best form I have to say. Gone are the days of placings and worrying not knowing what to expect. The path is clearer.

So far it sounds like,

We have funds for phase 1 and that is a go.

We expect Peel to bring in an Inst for a tidy percent of Sar

So, for Sar it's either a licensing deal post CTA prior to P1 or a takeover.

Or

Post P1, with good indications we expect a licensing deal for P2 or a takeover at decent amount.

So we wait. Which of the big fish will bite first?

I did nudge you on this a little while back. I love the positive and encouraging posts as much as everyone else but as a fellow holder, tone it down a bit.

The constant we open blue, it's all going to happen today, rns incoming, it really doesn't help. It can give a small section of people false hope and leave them in despair when non of what you claim comes up.

A boom once in a while doesn't hurt but true as has been said this morning, if someone comes to deramp it's not good.

They deliberately set out to screw us, and if GSK while doing DD saw that, they would have used it against Sierra in negotiations.

Because am heavily invested in Sareum, I have a bias. Which reads, GSK was targeting 737 primarily. Sierra tied it's own hands with 20 f 28 and couldn't argue. Management get payed well and couldn't care less.

It's May, I'll wait for CTA and anymore surprises like C19, TR1s etc

Love your posts and all but you might want to reconsider those two lines in the future.

They do no good, except get peoples hopes up without evidence and the subsequent let down later followed by vitriol posts has more of a negative impact on the board than anyone needs.

The red dot will happen when it's ready, apart from CTA which is certain, everything else, say hostile, ii tr1 or even GSK doing the unbelievable. I don't see your expected red dot.

Optimism is based on reality, as RMM has exquisitely articulated. The details coming to light on this board on how well placed Sareum is against the competition. GSK's recent move that has us right In the middle. They could dump 737 that's true. But in reality, what do you think?

GSKs move has primed Sareum for serious possibilities in the short to medium term.

Everything is slowly coming together. And as we speak of a possible T/O. Why should any pharma sit by and let GSK claim everything.
