With a deal in the tens of millions i pray. Sp won't be held back. It's an almighty new level. With those funds we know exactly where they are going. Another announcement 1802 into P2. Come out of that and hundreds of millions upfront etc

I will forgive Tim minutely regarding this post consolidation funding debacle for one tiny reason. The MHRA fiasco.

They've moved with haste as we all know and Krones earlier post highlights again. Yes they should have placed earlier and simply could have called on shareholders ONLY. But many slimy and rotten hands may or may not be after Sareum.

These upcoming results we would have had months ago and I can't imagine where we'd be today.

With nothing else in sight, it all depends on the results and with no news since the start, I guess that's good news. I like to remind myself that they know how good 1801 is performing, while we don't.

They are struggling to get funding. According to thr company they are NOT hiring, infact the exact opposite.

On 29 September 2023, the Company announced that David Hopton, Jerry Loy, Huw Evans and Chris Sweeney would leave the Company's Board on 31 December 2023 in the absence of any new potential funding developments. The Company can confirm that Jerry Loy, Huw Evans and Chris Sweeney will step down from the Company's Board with effect from 31 December 2023

The target doesn't appear to be those with good or better credit. It seems they are targeting just below that mark.

Fiinu plans to build a financial app which will provide access to credit to "the lower half of the UK’s population", who it says are currently excluded from accessing affordable short-term bank credit.

No one sensible should pay any attention to anyone forcefully spouting multiples of present price. Fiinu is struggling to get around £43 million in funds to restart the project. A lot of cost cutting has been going on. It's a gamble from here on out imo. If they get it, huge market to tap into (I still have unanswered questions though), if not, you lose everything. Markets are not looking good overall.

Why anyone had high expectations for something significant from this AGM, is odd. For something like SAR, the science and results do the talking.
