The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Apologies, posting on my mobile. Fat fingers and quite a few Guinness.
'Company carries out oil production, drilling, loading and sale as usual....'.
Hard times for the workers but for shareholders there are some positives within the article. For example this one 'accumulated 10 months of debt for FOUR YEars'.
MadP - Must have a huge telephone bill due. All I can put it down to.
Happy sleuthing and have a good day.
First line should read 'I've been re-reading B-2-O's posts and have kind of, sort of, maybe, come to a conclusion about their purpose.'
I've been re-reading B-T-O's posts and have kind of, sort of, maybe, come to a conclusion about their purpose.
I think B-T-O is very close to the action, maybe very, very close. Possibly being given information by our BOD to drip feed to us. Kind of like the updates that have never happened. No abbreviations like IMHO, FYI or DYOR appear in any of his posts. They read more like statements of facts and intended timelines, of which the latter can invariably gone wrong.
I also Googled 'B20 meaning' and arrived at the details listed below (source Wikipedia).
B20 international business summit, an international summit meeting of delegates from business groups around the world
B20 (biodiesel), a mixture composed of 20% of biodiesel with 80% of diesel
B20 (bronze), bell bronze or bell metal, a kind of bronze used in bells and cymbals
B20 (New York City bus) serving Brooklyn
Berezin B-20, a 20 mm caliber autocannon used by Soviet aircraft in World War II

Volvo B20 engine
Blackburn B-20, a 1940 experimental aircraft
Boeing Y1B-20, A Boeing experimental heavy bomber
Douglas A-20 Havoc, designated the ZB-20 at the end of its life
Bravo Two Zero, an eight-man British Special Air Service patrol that was tasked with finding Iraqi Scud missile launchers during the Gulf War.
the designation number assigned to the coupe version of the Lancia Aurelia motorcar, produced between 1951 and 1958
a model of Honda B engine
The "Business 20", an offshoot of the G20, which hopes to present a forum for the world's largest companies to discuss global issues
Sicilian Defense, Encyclopaedia of Chess Openings code
Boron monoxide, a chemical compound with the symbol B2O
B20: an online journal, an American peer-reviewed online journal
I was wondering if our BOD or BP's might somehow be connected to any of the above.
Anyhow, hope this gives some food for thought on a blustery Monday morning.
B-2-0 .... Thanks for your thoughts/information. Made me feel warmer than a bowl of microwave-d porridge. Read your previous posts and very impressed. You're either a psychic or Zaza's sidekick. Don't mind which one.
Any ESP on the SP in a couple of months time?
Madpunter - No worries and having read your 06:33 post (which has now somehow disappeared), I've just ordered two barrels of sun cream and I am about to plug and abandon my council property.
Here's hoping those 06:33 post figures are currently drying on a BP cheque.
'@regdik - While there's no record of the production licence, FRR have recently been granted a transportation licence. I've copied bugsy-b's post below (see the 9th post down in the link for the Frontera Archive P29).'
Madpunter - Love your theories but not sure if 2017 qualifies as recently. Nonetheless, keep up your excellent sleuthing.
Eighty grand!... I reckon Marouane Fellaini would raise a mirror above his head and check his locks with that kind of money invested. That said, still cool and confident this will come good. That's easier to say when you've one got about three grand invested. I only hold about 485,000 shares.
Off to Thailand later this month. Etihad have just downgraded me to Silver Card membership. Just emailed the dog's poop out of them. Flew 39,000 miles with them in the last calendar year. Hopefull they'll settle out of court (only joking).
Leo38 - Only invest what you can afford to lose. That includes hair.
Just had a look on the ADVFN board and the first 'bankruptcy' comment was posted yesterday at 12:28 UK time - 07:35 Cayman Islands. A bit early for a court sitting?

Does anyone know if there will be a fee involved to move the shares from my ISA to my Dealing account?
