The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
My theory is the SNG nebulizer is now being widely used in UK hospitals. Grab a wreath and look at the death rates, they have seriously declined. Yes, there is more testing and an uptick in positive COVID cases but the death rate has fallen dramatically. Something has to have affected that and I believe it's Synairgen's bronze tip bullet.
So why hasn't there been any government announcement about the wonder COVID treatment? That's simple to explain. If an effective treatment was announced, the young pub-goers would become more bonkers and the old-timers younger. Social distancing would go out of control. I believe the government and Synairgen have a hush-hush policy about the treatment's extended and widely accessible use.
Just my thoughts on a wet UK afternoon.
'We are after communication. Its like the Mrs going missing, and doesn't pick up her phone. And you notice the bank account slowly emptying.'
Safy - Are you saying your Mrs is a share? If so, three questions;
What's the bid and offer?
Does she wear a mask or visor, or both?
Is there likely to be an IPO (Interference by Police Officer)?
Most high street shops are now open. Go and buy a life.
Best wishes
Me
Looed - No suggestions. I've never looked for translation services. I mainly browse Upwork for travel and sports gigs. I'm probably a member of a half dozen freelance sites but very rarely use any apart from Upwork. I'm forever mislaying passwords and can't be asked going through the email process to get a new one. I having that problem now, I've just switched to Microsoft Edge from Chrome and can't find my password for LSE. I've had to switch back to Chrome to post this. The login is automatic but the password is just asterisks.
Happy hunting.
Hi Looed - I fully understand the position you are in and appreciate the effort your work hours consume. It's just that as someone who uses freelance sites I felt I should outline the alternative viewpoint.
As always I will go with the flow. Whatever suits the crowd.
Keep up the good work and have a sweet day. If not, a Saccharin one at least.
Looed - I hope all's good in your 'hood and beyond.
Personally, I'd say no to the clandestine proposal. Two main reasons why. Firstly, it's an immoral action and secondly I've always believed 'If it ain't broke don't fix it'.
What would the savings be. Probably little if any. Upwork take 20% commission. That's $13 from a $65 fee. Mr Translator would want at least half that saving for himself. Probably more. Plus, there's more chance of having the proverbial gun held to your head outside the chatroom than there is inside it. Upwork chatroom moderators would not allow the gun to be raised. Lest not forget that Upwork has a sliding commission scale too.
If it wasn't for the likes of Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Fiverr, et al, creating competition among themselves, then I believe a translator would be harder to find and cost a lot more.
I'm onboard the good ship FRR, albeit, down below helping to bail out water. The above is my opinion and from someone who does utilize freelance sites from time to time but I'll leave the ship's major decisions to those above.

''Our company is being strangled by red tape and politics and being based in the country of Georgia it is hard to get to grips with any media interviews in the native tongue. So to understand clearer, one of our share holders Looed has kindly found an interpreter to give us greater clarity and understanding. All funds recieved will go towards contributors who can obtain paid for services that benefit us all.''
If there's any red tape leftover do you think I could have it. My girlfriend's got a flower business and the tape would be handy for the phuang malai (flower garlands).
Cheers.
This is decent for live prices.

Looed - Despite the deep hole we find ourselves in, keep digging away. The information you unearth is of great value and much appreciated.
Perhaps the Georgians are try to goad FRR into announcing a SM deal. That would be good for them in the lead up to the election. Plenty of street cred would come with that. Plus, it beats kissing babies and grandmothers during a coronavirus pandemic campaign trail.
RR - Add a White Lightening top. Legend has it Isaac Newton's gaff was only half a furlong from a Tesco Superstore. Gravity my ar*e, Newton was Brahms and Liszt.

That's better. The dust has now settled.
Keep up the good work Looed. Much appreciated. Can't remember where in Asia you are from but your research is 'Bali' good. Maybe, you should of made a 'Korea' out of it.
Puddy, fair play for drawing a line in the sand and shaking the branches of the Friendship Tree.
Good luck to one and all.

Looed - This was my post from late last year. I started off by getting my numbers and alphabet mixed but it's clear who I am referring to. Anything thoughts or input about it?

I've been re-reading B-T-O's posts and have kind of, sort of, maybe, come to a conclusion about their purpose.
I think B-T-O is very close to the action, maybe very, very close. Possibly being given information by our BOD to drip feed to us. Kind of like the updates that have never happened. No abbreviations like IMHO, FYI or DYOR appear in any of his posts. They read more like statements of facts and intended timelines, of which the latter can invariably gone wrong.
I also Googled 'B20 meaning' and arrived at the details listed below (source Wikipedia).
B20 international business summit, an international summit meeting of delegates from business groups around the world
B20 (biodiesel), a mixture composed of 20% of biodiesel with 80% of diesel
B20 (bronze), bell bronze or bell metal, a kind of bronze used in bells and cymbals
B20 (New York City bus) serving Brooklyn
Berezin B-20, a 20 mm caliber autocannon used by Soviet aircraft in World War II
Honda B20 engine
Volvo B20 engine
Blackburn B-20, a 1940 experimental aircraft
Boeing Y1B-20, A Boeing experimental heavy bomber
Douglas A-20 Havoc, designated the ZB-20 at the end of its life
Bravo Two Zero, an eight-man British Special Air Service patrol that was tasked with finding Iraqi Scud missile launchers during the Gulf War.
the designation number assigned to the coupe version of the Lancia Aurelia motorcar, produced between 1951 and 1958
a model of Honda B engine
The "Business 20", an offshoot of the G20, which hopes to present a forum for the world's largest companies to discuss global issues
Sicilian Defense, Encyclopaedia of Chess Openings code
Boron monoxide, a chemical compound with the symbol B2O
B20: an online journal, an American peer-reviewed online journal
I was wondering if our BOD or BP's might somehow be connected to any of the above......................
B-2-0's last post was at 19:08 and it started with 'late here now but go on....'
That would be 22:08 in Georgia. Interesting.
Part of the link below states....
How much has the breaching party already done to fulfill its end of the deal? This factor often hinges on timing: how far along the parties are in carrying out their contractual obligations when the breach of contract occurs. Consider a homeowner who hires a contractor to create a custom kitchen. If the homeowner declares a breach of contract when the kitchen is near completion, the contractor will lose much more in time and money than if the breach of contract was declared before construction began. If most of the contractual obligations have been completed, you will be less likely to be able to say that a breach of contract is material and thus be able to cancel the contract....

Worth a read.
The article is written by Caroline Simson and her Linkedin About post states:
'I am the senior reporter for Law360's international arbitration newswire, which I helped to launch in January 2016. We currently have more than 3,500 subscribers, most of whom are attorneys or other international arbitration professionals.
I also own my own horseshoeing business, which I do on an as-needed basis on weekends.'
Could be time to circle the wagons and shoe-up the horses.
