Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
My wife just delivered our first. Came to quickly catch up and see if there was a SD interview yet, and what I’m reading is similar to my last 48 hours - watching incessant crying and sh$ng ones self. Think I’ll just return to the little one, at least he knows to keep his hands in the swaddle and hold for gold. ;)
Could be - they’ve not dropped the ask below 27 in a few days, it seems to be a case of loading up and filling buys. Hydro has a theory and I don’t think he’s far off, will be interesting to see II holdings in a couple of weeks.
Just glad normality has resumed, looking forward to hearing Sandeep next week. Time for him to start marketing the asset for his own market cap, they’re I believe quite undervalued.
Agree Bamps, always appreciate your takes (it’s not bamping!).
There’s not enough hours in the day or rigs in WA to find the boundaries of this monster whilst simultaneously increasing the resource at the pace NC want...but they’ll continue throwing the kitchen sink at it.. What a nice problem to have.
And then they go and mention other targets within the JV...too much for my little brain to take !
Harry, you should know by now that this share is not good on news. We get sharp downward swings, followed by gradual rises to new levels - it’s effectively the opposite of most aim pump and dump news driven shares, which is a good thing. You just have to be able to stomach the drops or look away, though in the end they are a positive as they clear upward channels. Just watch in the coming weeks.
Good stuff, Kabaa. GME was/is a unique situation due to the massive naked short float (140%). It’s an entertaining story which has a way to go. If they want to have a go at gold, they will need to buy physical en masse.
As for the Scally price drop, it was the MM dream to allow a 25% drop on no volume. I still believe that 15m sell was a stop being hit, as that’s not your typical weak handed PI being spooked. We will be back in the mid 30s range in no time, it should be a strong gap up as this is now the second time they have cleared out the 25-32 range (first being the GH resignation).
I’m just glad the board has returned to normal!
Grow, I don’t know chippy so it wouldn’t be fair to comment. I have several other holdings (not aim), though this is by far my largest. I don’t see the value (for me) in trading or chasing percentages here and there; as long as the fundamentals and value proposition remain unchanged, I hold and add. For me, asset growth continues to trend upwards, whilst risk decreases - both at exceptional speed which the market has not priced in. Being derisked is the key, we’ve surpassed the usual humps an explorer encounters and will see the market value of our discovery. Newcrest has allowed this on a tier 1 discovery...
Bullish gold market, demand, lack of recent discoveries, macro climate...hold / add and switch off.
Oh and the man who concocted all of this bought 500k today because, as always, he values PIs. There’s a reason this is my only AIM holding at the moment.
