At best you may find a couple of hundred people willing to invest £2k. Actually, let’s dream and say 1000.

This raises £2m which at current expenditure rates lasts 3-4 days.... its farcical.

Sorry for the rant but this idea is just crazy and unfortunately mirrors the lack of ‘investing’ understanding that many in this share have.

I can’t see how there will be anywhere near the required interest.

Unfortunately I think it just highlights the desperate situation the company is in and does nothing to help the current situation.

It’s definitely due some recovery, the price at the moment is crazy low and we still await the outcome of the strategic review.

Agreed. These seem cheap (again) and I have no idea what is driving the 3 day heavy decline.

We are now at the same place we were before the 7 day blue run we had.

Yes, in principal there are less shares in supply and this should drive share price and also increase EPS. MF have been buying shares back for a long time now

But this buyback is unfortunately not the only factor influencing the share price. I am not sure what happened so far this week with the large drop especially when our largest II increased their holding last week. The strategic review outcome is what will materially impact the share price short term IMO (positively fingered crossed)

The analysis was based on the value of the on going maintenance before taking into account new license sales, consulting etc. So basically if the company sold zero new licenses it’s still worth £13 and therefore is currently significantly undervalued. If the issues associated with the HPE acquisition can be sorted then we should be back at £20+.

The short reduction is good news, but there is still a huge position out there betting against us, the reduction was less than 1% which isn't massive. we are still in the top 15 shorted companies currently :-(
Clearly people still think the share is heading south.
Hopefully we see further short positions reducing today.
