this seems very clear now. Administration is not the plan! He clearly knows what option he is going for, you wouldn't say the below to a major newspaper if you had no idea if you would have a solution by the end of Oct.
The next questions is obviously, what is the effect for shareholders...? Obviously, no idea around that, however, I see this as the most positive news since the crash.
