However, the part that states FEED will be completed by end this month ( May '25) for National H2, promotes the idea that a 'sale' of DMG is forthcoming. This will certainly give the sp a quick rise.

This statement was a surprise, 'design and build of lab scale and pilot facilities for new technology providers'. !!! I thought the whole ide of the 'test facility' at Bridgend, was for this exact purpose.? We were told that the cost of the 'test' centre at B'end was c £1m. So this project' must have taken a very big chunk of that $1m TO. As with the majority of PHE RNS, more questions than answers. And of course, the big question, 'how much of that RNS is PE BS'?

Shares in issue today is c 91M, still showing as c45M on here. MCap of Co at todays price is c £30M, shown on here c £15M. With the recent Co purchases and agreements, a 'new' MCap of c£30M is not unreasonable, and can be argued, to be on the 'low' side. It is interesting that a large investor ,80Mile PLC, sold all their 15% holding on 9 May., not reported 'til 16 May, ad then, not until 7 mins before Market closing, and the price on 9th was c32p. No idea when it bought this holding, but might have been at IPO stage, hence a massive profit.

The large 'buys' from the day before the RNS released confirming arbitration etc have all 'sold today, hence the drop. price at buying was c1.6p, 'sold' at c 1.9 today. Hence c20% profit., so about a grand for the 300,000 'buys'. My assertion that these were' leaky' ship' trades appears to be wide of the mark' since trades were not at the best price being offered to day.

Fake Bob, and I believe you, have posted T group on here in the past. Fake Bob wrote an article on that group, about Air Liquide cancelling a $2B Waste Recycling Plant project on Teeside, because of inability by it to control 'tar build up'. He had previously posted this article on T group board. This was fake news, and was, despite several requests to source this fake news, he did not reply.

If your answer to the question about 'punishment' for disobeying this 'rule', is banishment from the group, then Fake Bob will have been 'hoisted by his own petard'.

Thanks for reminding us of this PHE/Avioxx 'deal'. What is the date of this RNS? How does this align with the 'recent' announcement of of a possible collaboration between Avioxx and Italys SylydSOFC, with the latter producing Syngas which Avioxx would use to mfr SAF? You, apparently get responses from Paul,. he has stopped replying to my requests for more information. Please message Paul and see if he has any comment on this? Thanx in advance.

The link you provided brings attention the the arrangement between Italian SylydERA SOFC, and Avioxx in the latter using the formers 'Oxide' treatment to produce Syngas, from which Avioxx hope to produce SAF. Maybe Avioxx were non too pleased with Pauls comment that PHE would diversify, and are looking at SAF? So, they may not want a supplier who is a competitor? This again is typical of Pauls MO, tease the investors with 'deals' being made, and then nothing.

It can be Pot Chloride, but also Pot Carbonate, Pot Hydroxide, or any salt containing Potassium. You must have missed that lecture?

Potassium is the fertiliser, that must be replaced in the earth, since K is used by all plants. All crops need both Potash and Phosphate, since each target different scenarios in plant growth. Education can be wonderful, you should have tried it.

Planning to open a plant at Grangemouth Green Energy Park to mfr high grade plastic products from waste plastics using a thermal catalytic cracker to produce a crude-oil based liquid, which can then be used to mfr new plastic material, ( negating the use of crude oil). The liquid can also be the 'base' for other products.

This is a direct competitor to DMG, in that it satisfies 3 key components. It rids the environment of waste plastic. It has a saleable, and profitable product. No C emissions since c is not released, and is still present in the end product, a crude oil based liquid, and the newly mfrd plastic.

C'mon Paul, the clock is ticking, and PHE has been 10 years on this. It's time to 'walk the walk', you are a master at 'talking the talk'

Are you serious? Who suggested a 'scattergun' approach to marketing DMG.? It is not Tupperware, but a specific design for a specific job. It requires 'targeted' sales. Identify the most promising markets.eg Since day 1 I have banged on about the prime 'user' should be Waste Recycling Plants. There are hundreds of them, scattered all over the country, in every developed Country, with a) the feedstock, b) the space, c) Planning Permission , since it already has Class 4 permission, d0 the ned. Uses lots of electricity.

The original concept of DMG was to effeciently, and profitably, , remove non-recyclable waste plastic from the environment. A commercial decision was made, since H2 was the 'way forward' to decarbonise, and use DMG to mfr H2. Now that the 'wheels have fallen off' that bandwagon, the Company changed it's focus to DMG being a Syngas producer, leaving customers to further treat it for their specific requirements. I asked PE last year, when SAF was the 'buzzword' in aviation, and a huge market, any plans to use DMG to mfr SAF, He replied, categorically NO. Earlier this year, we were informed of a collaboration with Avioss, a 'start up' company, hoping to mfr SAF. Recently we were informed that PHE was investigating the mfr of SAF itself through DMG ?. Is the Avioss deal dead?, will PHE be a competitor to Avioss.?. It seems to me all that PHE is trying to do, is to appease PI with these 'nuggets'. As far as CMD is concerned, no-one saw feedstock actually entering the kiln. No Syngas was recycled as PHE confirmed. It could have been a 'scam'. The flare could have been from a Butane cylinder. The kiln could have been heated with no feedstock in the kiln. No-one can definitely say that did not happen. Please not the use of 'could'.

More than a few on here now, realising what Oh Dear swaz, and the Fake did not, ever grasped, that EML PDMR's are not good at 'managing'. The Protos Park debacle showed us what they are like. Putting the building of FOAK in the hands of a 3rd party property developer. Schoolboy management, and doomed to failure. The CMD was another example of total failure. I bought a few days prior to the event, thinking there would be a RNS stating 'test' results. Feedstock, product composition, some VIP prospects attending, such as Waste Recycling Company PDMRs. What did we get, sweet FA. Shocking. And the we get the CEO of a W2E company blaming Govts for not pushing their businesses. Laughable. Does it have any Marketing Executives? Burn rubber, get meeting people and sell it. I'm sure many on here will have some 'sales' experience. Cos like RR, MBenz, Airbus, all top 'marques', employ salespeople. For the buyers of these 'marques', there is always a choice, salespeople try to ensure, it's the 'right' choice. How many 'Agreements' has EML RNS'd over the past years.? All of them, now, apparently, as good as 'DOA'. We are just investing in hope now, more than anything else.
