George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
A very good reading. Increase in T/O is admirable, obviously boosted by the 2 acquisitions. The 'new business' gains bode well for future results. Recurring revenue and profit margins are again metrics that bode well for huge S/H gains in the next 2/3 years. Happy to be onboard.
MystinMat. Never downloaded the app. It's Chinese you know. You seem to have a lot of experience with it, how come.
Also, I'm pretty sure D Attenborough is not a user. Defeated again.
CBax, there's still time to return from the Darkside. Out of interest, what type of cheese.?
CBax is a disappointment. He has joined the Herd. The only thing missing is choosing a date and time. Yes CBax, it does sound desperate. lol. Remember, The Alpha has said 'desperation' is bad, because it sends a bad message to the snowflake BOD. Act like men and do nothing. Are you a man or a mouse, squeak up.? Had to get that in somewhere.
On a technical front, it's a 'no brainer'. On an environmental front, it's a 'no brainer'. Politically, it's playing with fire. Only relatively few countries are producers of fossil fuel, OPEC ( and now Russia), have, and will continue to hold sway over production levels, pricing, which affects a plethora of Companies financial metrics. Any country with electricity (all) can produce H2. This is very bad for OPEC, and the 7 Sisters. USA in particular, has a fossil fuel based economy, which the Democrats, through Biden, are trying to change to a H2 one, starting with transport. The way Big Oil fights this is through the contributions ( bribes) it makes to Republican politicians, with Trump receiving the lions share. Unfortunately, in the 'good ol' U S of A, the largest consumer of energy, the country will swing from large investments in green energy, to practically zero, depending on who controls the govt. Politicians putting themselves before the interests of everything else. I must have heard that before, somewhere.
The post from Ideas on the intertwining of EML's 'waste water' engineering company, and the Govt authority, ( if true) was an eye opener to me. Good work ideas. It only reinforces my thoughts that there may be nefarious collusion between several parties, including OCP, that may result in the demise of EML. I did say I was a pessimist when it comes to AIM. Who knows, Graham might end up on the BOD of OCP. !!!!. On the other hand, all of the parties might be working on the fine detail of how big the 'bung' should be, and how it is distributed.
All of this conjecture is because this incompetent BOD we have tells us sweet FA.
'Calling anyone connected to EML to me looks like desperation.'
As the Alpha BTS, one of your responsibilities is to keep the Herd calm. However, can I quote Hippocrates to you. It is fitting, since , as you are well aware.' Hippo' is 'horse'.
'Desperate times call for desperate measures.'.
We are not yet, I hope, at the 'desperate' stage, but calls to BOD members from the owners of the Company are common, and they should not be treated as Royalty. If need be, 'bend their ear' in a rather polite way, so as not to offend their 'snowflake' attributes.
I think it's good that at least some posters have looked through over 10 yrs of RNS. It is obvious that the BOD need to be accountable for present and past actions and comments. I have frequently posted, on other boards also, that the prime objective of BOD members, especially CEO/COO, is to ensure the financial well being of themselves and family. If the company succeeds, that is a bonus for them, since they will become multi millionaires through their free and highly discounted share options. PHE proves this emphatically.
ktf. you have obviously never bought a house near water. the mortgage provider obtains the 'flood risk' from the relevant authority, normally the environment agency. don't try and always be a 'smart****' when replying to posts. since you are not aware, all mortgage providers keep detailed maps of historical flood activity for all england and wales. as for 'euphoria', read the posts again. its not the second coming of christ, but there is 'happiness'.
One of my major criticisms of this bod over the years has been the apparent accepting of the much used statement on here, 'it's all in the hands of the Moroccan govt.' , suggesting there's nothing it ( the BOD) can do. I'm pretty sure it employed an Arab speaking 'advisor' to deal directly with the Authorities. I'm sure most of us, with the obvious exceptions, had we applied for a mortgage, or some other 'life' necessity, and received no information from the lender for a year or so, would be camping on its doorstep for answers. It's not a brill example cos there's many mortgage providers, and only one entity to issue ESIA, but the sentiment remains the same. What the eff is the 'adviser' doing. I suspect BOD has been told that until reservoirs are full, no ESIA. In other words, 'come back on a rainy day.' This should have been released, under AIM rules, EML will not be the first company to withhold information since the penalties are not enforced. The BOD, in the meantime, enjoy all the benefits of salary, pension pot payments, company largesse. OCP probably know it's only a matter of time, and not too much time at that, that further fundraises will fail, and bankruptcy follows., when not enough cash is there to pay BOD salaries. If anyone at EML HQ reads this, prove me wrong. I would love to be wrong, and ESIA arrives tomorrow.
Part 2)
Part 1 shows the total ineptitude of this BOD. All 'jam tomorrow''
Distributed Modular Gas (DMG) was born out of GH3. This GH3 system was developed, not by PHE, but by Pyromex. A company that PHE bought a 30% stake. Later, it bought 100%. This was over 10 yrs ago. There was then a legal battle with a company called Renewme. who stated it held the rights to the GH3 process. PHE agreed to pay several £100K to attain the rights.
This latest RNS stating a 100% buyout of Endgolve shows that no one directly employed at PHE has a clue about how DMG works or is built. This was borne out with the abandonment of all design and build responsibility with the ill fated Peel agreement.
Naturally, I had to read back through RNS to copy the data, but I suggest that all investors in PHE take an hour and read through the sorry state of affairs that this schoolboy BOD has posted over the past dozen years or so.
First mention of Engsolve. RNS April '17.
.As previously announced, the G3-UHt will now be moved to the Thornton Science Park, operated by the University of Chester, with PowerHouse establishing its offices at the Energy Centre of the Park immediately thereafter.
The re-commissioning effort has been assisted by OrePro pty Ltd of Brisbane, Australia, EngSolv Ltd of Wales, and Waste2tricity, Ltd and has allowed the Company to begin commercial development enhancements, automation of the control systems, and commence the rigorous process of a Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) and a Hazard Identification Study (HAZID). Upon successful completion, the Company will gain the British Health Safety & Environmental certifications necessary to operate the unit at the Thornton Science Park at full capacity..
Peel mentioned in RNS of March '17;
'AFC Fuel Cell Order
PowerHouse is pleased to announce that it has advised AFC Energy plc (“AFC”) that it wishes to take delivery of a small scale fuel cell system it ordered in April 2014.
As announced on 4 April 2014 the Company made a deposit payment to AFC at that time. Acceptance of delivery had been delayed by PowerHouse in order to complete the engineering, design, construction, and testing of the Company’s new G3-UHt ultra-high temperature gasification system. As announced on 24 February 2017, the G3-UHt demonstration unit is anticipated for delivery in late March to the Thornton Science Park, University of Chester, for re-commissioning and additional testing of feedstock capable of generating a rich stream of hydrogen. In addition to generating a hydrogen-rich stream of syngas, the Distributed Modular Gasification© G3-UHt system is capable of distributed waste elimination, and distributed power creation through standard, conventional means.
Shortly after re-commissioning, the Company anticipates commencement of the design and engineering work required to construct the first commercially operating 25 tonne per day system. PowerHouse is in active negotiations with Peel Environmental to site that first commercial unit at its Protos development, adjacent to the University of Chester Thornton Science Park, where the Company will be taking offices.'
Another interesting one;
'20 September 2017
PowerHouse Energy Group plc(“PowerHouse” or “the Company”)
MOU for waste-to-hydrogen facilities in state of Qatar
PowerHouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), the company focused on ultra high temperature gasification waste to energy and waste to hydrogen systems and the creator of Distributed Modular Gasification (DMG©), is pleased to announce it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Energy & Environment Holding (EEH), an independent consulting firm specialising in energy, environment, privatisation, and sustainable development based in Doha, Qatar.
This MOU has been established to jointly investigate the opportunity of enabling Qatar to establish a network of DMG
I fail to find the 'euphoria' of some posters in this 'nothing' RNS. The tax claim was dropped some time ago, and the sp received a 'bounce'. This RNS statement is a formality. It's like reading in the Obituary column of The Queens death and some fools running around the streets shouting it out aloud. We know , it was announced days ago, the obit. in the paper was a formality. Apols for the poor analogy.
Mysticmatador. That post was deleted along with many others on a particular thread line. I replied to you the same day with your ridiculous '5p' comment, but since I used the same thread, my post was also deleted. The thread was deleted because of a post by a particular nasty individual who was having intimate relations with cats. Moggy somebody.
it's not only a case of who 'pays their salaries and bills', but more importantly, ' shareholders own the ******* company'. the larger shareholders are companies holding nominee a/cs, other large holders, no doubt, are enjoying cosy chats with the bod, and , since they appear not to have disposed of large chunks, are being told the same bs as us, ' lots going on in the background'. i am, of course, the eternal pessimist when it comes to bod's, i can pin some hope on this bod succeeding, in major s/h's, have not, as yet, deserted the sinking ship, even though the cruel sea is lapping around its port holes. even some pi's are onboard, with buckets, manning the said port holes, returning whatever ingresses, roaring, as they do, 'nothing to sea here'. c'mon, it's not bad for a friday, 'nothing to sea'.
Stophe, you are quite wrong in your assessment of 'outsourcing; and 'design engineering'.. What is common, is that if a company needs a plant built, it sends blueprints to a a company to build it. eg White Star line sent Harland % Wolf blueprints to build Titanic, HnW did not design it. Design and Build contracts, involve the third party designing individual elements of the plant, based on the customers requirements, and either building it themselves from blueprints it prepares, or outsourcing the construction. PHE should have, because it is their FOAK, thermal engineers, mechanical engineers, who define the thermodynamics of the operation, such as temp. and pressure, anaerobic considerations, which are the factors which PHE provide on how to achieve them, and are the most important part of DMG. PHE should be providing a blueprint of the plant, and only need a engineering constructor. If what you say were correct, PHE is making the same mistake it did with Peel, putting the build of a FOAK in the hands of a third party. Schoolboy management, and it will be punished again. When PHE sell DMG plants, it will have to provide engineers to commission each and every plant. Providing their own, will be considerably less expensive than 'outsourcing' them.
