Mjallen. Yr post earlier.
'So not sure what your point is. For every sell there has to be a buyer. That sort of volume could be a market maker or an institution.'
If every sale has a buyer, why is there a difference, sometimes huge, in the numbers of buy/sells on a daily basis.?
With the lack of news (of any type) from BOD, assumptions is all we have to post. I am surprised no Herd member has not mentioned EISA news held back to be unveiled at AGM, thus eradicating 95% of questions from floor to the stage, and guaranteeing a standing ovation for BOD. Please don't assume that the BOD has to release 'important' news ASAP. A week or so delay, as long as no leak is announced, can easily be defended, ( obtaining confirmation, ensuring translation is correct, clarification of key paragraphs, etc, etc). It appears nothing happened at the UK Govts initative in The Kingdom to 'help things along', or, for that matter, the much acclaimed Newspaper article saying the award was imminent. Possibly the Authorities didn't read the article,
I am always amused by most of the herds comment that the award of the EISA is a 'given'. Really. So all of you have mortgaged your collateral to the hilt and bought. Guaranteed not. Of course, the Company should be starting to construct all the infrastructure required to build the mine. I believe the EISA permit is to actually mine the resources. Water requirements to construct infrastructure would be negligible, ( Herd members scratching heads to contradict me.)
The financiers would be happy to loan funds, since EISA is a 'given'. However, I'll go out on a limb, and suggest Financiers would like to see something in writing.
The Govt can easily not award permit. It is their Country. As for the Court of Arbitration. I have yet to see a good outcome for the prosecution. In rare examples of a monetary award being made ( I do not know of any reversals of decisions by a Govt) the award might only cover direct local expenditure, and would certainly not include an amount for future potential. The arbitration would be a year or more at minimum, and in that time, heavy rainfall would be a blessing for EML, since that would be a valid reason to award a n other party an EISA without embarrassment. It would be advisable for EMLL to have a clause stipulating, in the caee of arbitration that it would get first refusal on a mine at Khemmiset (?) in the case of relaxation on water for any reason.
Assumptions, assumptions.
Joe945. 'Nox was never really a problem.' Not true Joe. Oxides of N2 are highly poisonous and cause severe respiratory tract infections. NOX is 300 x more damaging than COX in GW. NOX depletes the ozone layer. I stand by my comment that the future of H2 in transportation should be HFC.
Fusion Energy is a way that theoretical scientists while their time away building 'toys' at the expense of taxpayers.
To date, a reactor has, I believe, achieved fusion for microseconds. It's a very long way to a second, and probably a lifetime to a minute. Hours are multi generations.
Excellent set of Q1 figures, with comments that upward trend is being maintained. There's a long way to go to reach sp highs of earlier, but a small step in the right direction. With the problems associated with GW, flooding in some areas, sustained drought in others, potable water management will be at the forefront of many local, and national authorities. Onwards and Upwards.
' Whether they have done this with intercoolers or gas recycle, or a combination of both as those are both good methods to reduce NOX emissions from an engine.'
In the UK, since the early noughties, all diesel engine HGV's have to use AdBlue. This is injected into exhaust system to greatly reduce NOX, and particulates from diesel fuel use. Whether this applies to off road vehicles, not sure.
This is on 31 May in Douglas, IOM.
Any one intending to attend? If EISA awarded by then, questions on 'mine in production' timescale would be very relevant. If no EISA, then observing how the BOD fend off the obvious questions.

The one comment I made about The Fake, the one which infuriated him, and led him to delete my post, was this.
'I have been proven right with PHE, and you have been proven demonstrably wrong.'
He wanted , and received, much accolade with his contacts with PDMR's, both at PHE and Peel. Ramped both BOD's. Copied and pasted CV's, but has little experience of Management and their practices. It was a schoolboy error of some magnitude, for a BOD to put the building of a FOAK, the showpiece that will be the springboard of every sale of DMG, into the hands of a third party. One didn't need to spend days in researching Peel. It had, at the time, recently completed an onshore Wind Farm in a timescale of several years. A Korean company built one 5 times larger, off shore, in a third of the time. That's all I needed to know. The Fake was overly impressed with them and thought the SPV and collaboration was good. It took him several years, and he still doesn't know, that he had been given BS by all and sundry at both PHE and Peel. A novice. Since he's filtered me, there will be no requesting a deletion. Unless Swaz does it ? but I think he's also filtered me. Happy days.
Some news from Toyoto. The CEO has publicly stated that their new H2 Fuel ICE will be the 'death knell' of EV's. Big words. Since ICE, both Petrol and Diesel were the high earners of the Automobile Mfrs, through their franchises and dealerships on servicing and spare parts, it was always necessary for them to try and keep ICE's. Reason. More moving parts, hence more spares and servicing. An electric motor is quite easily serviced, fewer wearing parts, and EV's are direct drive and no clutch or gearbox needed. The big question is, will their be an affordable conversion kit for existing fossil fuel ICE's? That would be a big winner. On a negative side, because the H2 is being combusted in air, which contains N2 and CO2, there will still be NOX and COX emissions, but greatly reduced. A HFC is an ion exchange membrane, capturing protons and allowing electrons to flow ( electricity). Only water is released. When the price of FC's becomes attractive, I believe it will still be a better alternative than HICE.
Please get a DMG built PHE.
Oh dear westie, trying to put some glamour and educated material into the herd by attempting to include me. lol.
My 15p prediction is based on dealing in shares for over 50 years, My first share was a Tool Hire Company in Cornwall, and I 'sniffed' a shell company', It had a listing, and was bought ' lock stock and barrel' by a Pharma company who wanted an easy listing. Change in ownership, change in AoA, and 7p to over a £ overnight. I've held BP for over 50 years. What separates me from the Herd, is that I am a realist, and do not look for unlikely events to convince me my share choice was a good one. The Herd has invented too many to mention. I'm invested here because the metrics of a working mine are good. Always remember the Golden Rule. If something looks to good to be true, it normally is.
Mat.
'Is the singular of herd a "Her"?' No, it's not. Ask an adult, preferably educated, to confirm.
However, I will attempt some education for you, Herd is a collective noun to describe a gathering of a particular species. If there is more than one herd, the plural is simply herds. This is common in grammatical English, that plurals are formed by adding 's' to the end of the word. You are an idiot, but if I include westie, and a few other herd members, you would be 'idiots'. However, there are any exceptions to this rule, and I suggest you try and look them up. One for a starter, is again a ref. to you, 'child', if I include westie and other herd members, it is not 'childs', but 'children'.
The Herd is out in force.
I'll stick with my original forecast of 15p sp, if/when EISA drops.
The BOD has often ( joke) informed us that 'we are very busy doing lots during Covid' matter of 12 months before With subbies working on engineering requirements, following EISA, it should only be a matter of 12 months max., before the mine access can be commenced, and production in 18 months. The Herd will now vehemently criticise this time scale, on the basis that any time scale is not long enough, and leave plenty of wiggle room to show how competent they are at forecasting. Aim, Miney will probably go for 4 years.
FakeAnomoly. Yes, it is obvious that none of the companies I mentioned will build DMG at Protos, since that is what I stated 4 years age when PHE joined forces with Peel and gave them the right to build FOAK, and all other UK DMG plants. Schoolboy management. As far as you liaising with the BOD, they are clowns, so you should see eye to eye on all things, Fake. I thought that you would have put forward HUI as a main contender. !. So, what's your best estimate for construction completion at Protos Park of the DMG. I'm going to give you a hint, When you meet with BOD members, do not ask it for their thoughts. Their track record is abysmal. Have a go on your own, like your Phd, make something up.
As far as as PHE not remembering me, well it's not surprising is it. it was 4 years ago, one e-mail, and my comments were obviously dismissed. If PHE eventually get a commercial DMG running, I shall await with a little interest, if any are in JV's with large Refuse and Recycling companies.
Very encouraging, especially for LTH's who endured the 'Golden Ticket' years of the Corporate grifter The Failure. It's ironic that his 'spin off' companies are, today. showing similar losses to the gains here. His abilities outed. I would put his skill level as a grifter evry high, as a competent manager, running a small BnB in Great Yarmouth.
It's onwards and upwards now with an OnG man at the helm. We know that gas is there in commercial quantities at Tendrara, and that amount is not reflected in the MC of the company. There must be further finds to be made near to the present commercial finds, and then we have the possibility of commercial finds in the other concession areas. We are a long way from Golden Tickets, but now the tickets have a silver lining.
BTW, if anyone spots the CEO sitting on a chair backwards, post it urgently.
Ok, Fake Anomoly, I used JV instead of collaboration agreement. Apologies.
So with your extensive knowledge of the collaboration, who is going to build FOAK at Protos Park, who will fund it, what will Peels involvement be, and when do you think it will be complete.
When PHE announced the JV with Peel I posted that same day that it was a schoolboy error. No serious thinking Company puts the building of a FOAK in the hands of a third party. Years later, the penny has dropped at PHE Board level. Well done. I suggested to PHE suitable sites, and possible finance help at that same time. National refuse collector sites, They already have industrial PP, and have the feed stock, and sorting facilities. Probably another 2 years before the penny drops. However, at least it has made a step in the right direction.
( laugh emoji for westie). So, we have a new member of the herd, another child. I see you are familiar with IQ's of 12. Family member? For the sake of keeping the Gene Pool healthy, when you leave school ( obviously you are there since you are a fan of ? meister), please do not breed, advise family members same. Below is a quip from a post of yours;
'I would normally stay quiet in the background and not say boo to a goose'
Listen snowflake, do what you post, there's a good child.
Mat. This was your post:
'Not so sure about the Moroccans not having the expertise regarding mining comment though. OCP is one of the countries largest Industrial mining companies (by revenue0 in the world.'
See the difference. Mining companies. You should have posted 'Phosphate Mining companies. All that work on c & p on Wiko for nowt. Child mentality. However, you have never been one for detail. If I were 12 y . , that would still put my intelligence way ahead of yours, child. Nothing to say on copying (again) my thoughts on legal action? Couldn't make it up, well only you and other Herd children. Take a spell off this board, a year or two would suffice. Take a tip from Miney, who has probably returned to Morocco for a night time booze n food fest for a month. Probably has no internet access. Sorry mat, have to dash. Byeee.
Mat. " comment That pust you in the corner with dunces cap'
'Not so sure about the Moroccans not having the expertise regarding mining comment though. OCP is one of the countries largest Industrial mining companies (by revenue0 in the world.'
OCP nett income 2022 $1.6B. Not in top 40. Here are a few for you to grasp. Glencore $203B, RTZ $63B, BHP £57B. Vale SA $55B.
Now Mat, This one is interesting.
'Theyre going to have to start looking into legal action if it doesn't come soon'
Nearly 2 years ago, I expressed a similar sentiment, suggesting EML might consider International Court of Arbitration. Now You, yes you Mat and other child Herd members were down my throat, saying 'how would that look' , 'it would end any discussions' etc, etc. Now, because you are a Herd member, not a squeak from your fellow members. Are you a man or a mouse, squeak up. All hypocrites .hahaha.( atd. That's a belly full of laughs)
MM's are giving every opportunity to trade with 5% spread. I was 'will I wont I' with a sub2p buy, and the 'wont I'won. Drat. Decisions, decisions. As Joe Creed stated, every chance of a dip back. There will always be profit takers, and that is the name of the game.
For the long term, there is plenty of gas there, and it is doubtful if the much publicised 'H2 from renewables' economy will happen in the next 10 years.
