The range is already up to 400m + for a decent merc and it’s only going to improve.

Our a Tesla is almost 3 years old, the new ones have much better range and I drove to London and back last weekend with zero issues, from the midlands, no UlEZ either….ots win win.

I switched to electric because I save a fortune doing it, 3 years ROI and investing the savings in more storage , when V2H and V2G come in to force every EV can power their home

I’m paying less to heat a home, that is over twice the size, than I was 15 years ago with a gas boiler.

You can bury your head in the sand about milk floats etc but I’m more than happy to drive round in a quiet relaxing range rover when they are out next year.

Personally I don’t want to charge at a public charger as it’s 1000 % more than charging at home,

Do you seriously think BHP and NCM invested $45m as an investment to make money and sit on their hands, it was strategic and they paid top dollar at the time. 5 years later things have changed massively, black rock have sold others have not.

Mather has diluted them down to 10% and they are potentially the pig in the poke that can block any deals if they need to.

No one knows if this mine will ever get built and if it does it will take a lot longer than many think.

What would be the point of Scott doing that. Shareholders would feel better for a few weeks until it was obvious it wasn’t true, some would get sucked in to the false hope, but the majority on here aren’t looking for 18-19p, some are looking for 60-70p which just isn’t realistic.

Mather made the same mistakes telling everyone that they had money being thrown at them, left, right and centre then they sell future profits by taking a streaming deal.

Scott is damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t, he can’t win.

This share has been ramped to death for many years, posters didn’t sell because they believed the hype posted by the forts and DBW’s on here. Even they believed their own hype and didn’t bail when they were making good profits several years ago. Most are in at much higher averages now as they thought this was a done deal.

I don’t think BHP got to be one of the biggest miners in the world by paying over the odds to help out investors who overpaid for shares.

Just my opinion on the situation.

If there is anything worth having, and that’s a big if, BHP will end up with what they want.

Not really sure about your point about turning the question round, they have hidden behind confidentiality, closed periods etc for many many years, after a while surely, even an investor like yourself, can’t keep on looking for hope that just isn’t there.

Your post is just hope, there is nothing to indicate anywhere that anything you wrote is closer to happening.

All investors whose investment has performed poorly place their hopes on a rabbit out of the hat scenario before AGMs as they can’t accept the facts as they are. If major corporate events are happening, behind the scenes( unlikely imo)they won’t wait until pre agm to announce it, that isn’t how it works.

The sp is dropping because time is ticking by and the company need a monetisation event to kick start something, the longer it goes without that, the more precarious the situation is. It is as simple as that. The die hard rampers will cry manipulation but the fact is SOLG is up against time before they need more cash.

Perhaps there were interested suitors many years ago when Mather was running the show but he was quite greedy or just believed the hype in here, either way he should not have irritated the big boys with his arrogance and Solg may have been in a better position now…….

If you don’t know what it means perhaps gambling on shares isn’t the right investment strategy for you.

If you have no funds available immediately to purchase shares you’re over leveraged. Any sensible investor would have spare funds to invest, you are obviously highly leveraged and a little bit desperate.

Your attacking of genuine holders just supports this view.

When posters are over leveraged as, BBG obviously is, then rationale disappears out of the window.

The BOD have been feeding BS to investors for many years, I remember when Mather said they had people throwing cash at them before the streaming deal was announced that irked BHP and NCM.

When posters actual realise that what the BOD say to keep everyone on board, and what they actual do, are poles apart then investors expectations will be more realistic.

Their inflated salaries are related to performance including the sp.

People post as if this is a guaranteed done deal, it’s anything but and is extremely high risk, judging. Y some posters there is no risk and it’s bailed on it will be bought out for 50p +

The ironic thing is there will be some that think that price is ridiculously low, that’s how decided some have become…..
