You are one of the more reasoned posters on this board, but surely there are many variables to your figures, the most important one being jurisdiction.

If your figures were accurate buyers would be all over this company at this price.

If the asset was as good as the rampers on here would have you believe a bid would have been received a long time ago.

The fact that it hasn’t materialised perhaps means it is not as good as the rampers on here make out. I hope you and many other reasonable posters make a profit, there is nothing wrong with being optimistic about your investments, but posters like red ramper and fortissimo, imv, have cost well intentioned investors with over inflated optimistic claims.

Not sure I would have agreed with your use of words but in essence you are spot on, although I disagree on the climate issue in terms of cost.

The return on investing in renewables keeps on getting better via batteries solar etc Musk hasn’t done too bad, mind you everything he touches seems to turn to gold……

However I’ll still bring my argument back to July 22 when at home it was hotter than Dubai, that will have never happened and is extreme. It certainly is hotter in Dubai this morning than at home 😁

Don’t feel too bad, seanhunter has had plenty of posts removed recently perhaps it was on one of those threads 😁

I have spent a lot of time in the Balearics and found them very friendly.

The other half is putting her foot down and will only move to a predominantly English speaking destination , so that only really leaves Australia and Dubai. People I know can’t get into the US because of the visa issues.

I like the stance that the Aussies take on policies like immigration etc but it’s a long way away from the UK.
