Done a fair bit of trading in the past but gave up over a decade, it was getting a bit too addictive when you see 6 figure paper profits/losses in a day.

As I’ve previously highlighted I have a very good friend who has a largish position here, hence my interest.

Have you got any idea how EVs are going to change the balancing of the grid. Just imagine 1m cars today being able to power their homes, think how much pressure that will take off the grid.

Tesla have already updated the software to allowing bi-directional home chargers, other manufacturers are following suit.

Cars are parked at home 75% of the time, governments pay billions to wind turbine companies to turn the turbines off because they can’t store the electric, 1m EVs and growing will solve that conundrum

As somebody who has been here for as long as many of you (7 years so far), I am no less frustrated.

But then I look at the fact that my 625k shares have cost me c£70k and only 18 months ago they would have cost £250k...

So you had a million 5 days ago, bought 220k on t trades and now have 625k, everyone new maths wasn’t your strongest suit but even that is pretty poor……

If I started investing here I probably wouldn’t stop, I know what I am like!

Qalibashi keeps trying to get me to invest but I’m a steady Eddie now and I have seen how much damage rampers like red knight cause in other shares. It’s quite distressing to see others suffering because they have invested money they can’t afford to lose.

I have to say I was sorely tempted on Wednesday but it would just be a gamble imv and I’ve been through that phase in my life and happy with all my investments, plus I’m still paying school fees etc luckily that finishes before labour add 20%…….
