Well done Elmsley. Agree we should bombard them with questions prior to the meeting or as you say even better to attend the AGM in person. Even though it’s a long trek for me I would have attended just to see them squirm but unfortunately I have a long standing charitable commitment that evening and I wouldn’t be able to get back in time. But I’ll certainly be submitting my questions beforehand.

The AGM notice says that we can submit questions if we can’t make it to the meeting and (if appropriate!!) they will publish questions and answers online before the AGM. I seem to remember them saying this last year too but I could never find the published questions and answers online. Anyone know where they can be found?

The only buyback we’ll see is when Moulding has got the share price low enough for him to take THG private for a pittance. He’s not interested in trying to get the share price up.

If I was running the FTSE250 index I’d make sure that it was the average price for the last 5-10 days that determined whether or not a stock was included in the index rather than just the closing price on one day. That would make it harder to manipulate. Otherwise I’d give myself the discretion to exclude stocks where manipulation is blatant.

My 311,000 votes have been cast to get rid of the whole incompetent and culpable BoD. My patience is at an end.

Good old THG. Down 4% even though tariffs have almost zero impact on it. What a complete bag of spanners.

Opening more physical shops? I hope they’ve done the financials . Rent and staff are expensive. We don’t need more vanity projects .

You do have to wonder how much shareholder destruction it would take for the institutional shareholders to finally call time on Moulding and his motley crew. Since they haven’t done anything yet despite the collapse in the share price you have to conclude that they’ll back him regardless of the share price. Very strange.

Stanley you've proved my point for me - what the hell is "on or around" meant to mean. What about just giving us the precise date. Are we all expected just to sit and wait patiently and graciously while the crumbs of information fall from the table when it suits them, and be grateful.

@Shabz83 you must be very easily pleased if you seriously think that's sufficient or appropriate. People have busy lives - important things should be precisely scheduled not some vague notion of a date and then everyone else is expected to drop everything and rearrange their day at two hours notice. Well run organisations do not operate like this.

I agree - the consistent failure to give proper notice of the results presentation is pathetic and absolutely does not inspire confidence that this is a well run organisation.

Yes indeed OSG. It falls with the threat of tariffs (even though the impact should be pretty minimal) and then falls some more with talk of a trade deal. It’s illogical for sure. I can hardly believe we’re left hoping it will manage to get above 30p, yes a measly 30p.

I agree that all things being equal the illiquid nature of the Ingenuity share price should hold it back. Liquidity doesn’t seem to have done much for THG though which has suffered much more than a meagre fall from 45p to 42.5p (42.5p isn’t a made up price by the way. This is the price from a recent real trade of 80,000 shares).

I see Ingenuity is now trading at 42.5p on JP Jenkins, which is a lot better than can be said for the THG share price. Hindsight is a wonderful thing of course but perhaps we all should have gone all in with Ingenuity instead of sticking with Remainco.

As posted earlier, perhaps the Chairman could get off his @rse and make a statement to the market pointing this out.

You are Chairman of this company on a huge salary. Don’t you think at the very least you should be issuing a statement reassuring markets that the direct impact of tariffs on THG is pretty minimal? Don’t ya think?

You make a good point ProxLDM. Btw I wish I was sitting on ONLY a 50% loss. This has been the worst investment decision of my life I’m afraid. I’m down well over £100k.
