@matty20 regarding the number of Ingenuity shares documents on the companies house website show that an additional 44m shares were allotted in May 2025 - 21m at 8pence and 23m at 46pence. No idea though who these were allotted to. Likely yet more shenanigans.

Given how much money THG spends with Ingenuity I’d say any news about Ingenuity is very much of interest to THG shareholders. Hopefully THG can extract some savings when they next renegotiate the terms of their contract with Ingenuity.

One concern for me is when they say “selective product pricing has delivered online growth” in nutrition. Any fool can increase sales by selling product at a loss. We need profitable sales not just sales at any price.

I submitted that question prior to the AGM but despite saying they would publish the questions and answers they ended up publishing nothing and refused to answer my emails when I challenged investor relations for yet another broken promise.

“Stop using Ingenuity in places where there are highly efficient local distributors”. Amen to that. Let’s start with the UK.

“MyProtein needs to win online again to sustain margins. The growth can't all come from retail and distribution where you lose 30% or 40% margin immediately”

I instinctively agree with you that a pure online model should be more profitable but then I look at Applied Nutrition and see that they manage to make decent profits from their third party retail store model. I suspect the truth is that the Ingenuity overhead is what’s killing THG.

@Ramptastico these are the pre AGM questions and answers that the company promised to answer. Read your AGM notice and you will see.

I found this. Lots of fine words but I struggle to see how he’s put his fine words into action during his chairmanship of THG.

Still nothing published on their website although they committed to putting up the questions and answers by 1pm on 20th June. Very disrespectful to shareholders who took the trouble to submit questions. The shocking thing is that this behaviour comes as no surprise.

What a pathetic abrogation of their responsibilities to their investors.

I sincerely hope you’re right Crowman but look at the latest CLN scam which gives MM a substantial chunk of the company for 32p a share. This is just the latest in a long line of shady dealings.

We’ll be lucky to get anything north of 35p when Moulding and his mates take this private I’m afraid.

Voted to sack all of the useless board and voted against their ability to disapply pre-emption rights as any trust I had in them has gone.

You may well be right Stanley but it doesn’t take much effort to send some questions in. I’ve found it quite cathartic.
