Ohh it looks like mine is glitched or they dont lend my shares then. I think the rise will continue as they 'price in' the earnings next month.

Borrowed shares still show 0% on trading 212. I can now confirm that this is not a glitch. Shorters can no longer borrow shares from Trading 212/IB.

Trading 212 now shows 0% borrowed shares. They either suspended borrowing and closed the shorts, or more likely, their app had a glitch this morning. This usually updates 7:15 AM UK time. I'll find out more tomorrow.

A green day should be a relief to Holders like us, who, against logic, keeps looking at the SP.

Just a quick update, borrowed shares at Trading212(ib) is at 99.7%.

Good to see the stock holding up the 45% rise from the low after the decision.

SP seems to hold the rally from after the low of 28p. We are now holding(pun intended) our breath for the appeal we expected to be 30 days after the decision.

The longer the the process takes, the better position CW will have vs CP. They have just recently sacked some 5000 employees.

I do not think they should buy cineplex, after the show of had faith.

Not to mention the government bans concession selling and they are prone to lockdowns unnecessarily.

The trend continues and we may just be experiencing a minor pullback from the sudden rise earlier. Also noting that we may be due for an RNS about the appeal. Some traders would be 'selling the news' right about now so they profit regardless of the price action the appeal brings.

I would agree as well. I would think the shorts are expecting the Appeals and a trading update from CINE to disrupt the price equilibrium.

Either there are new shares available to borrow because of new buyers, or shorts are closing. Either way, we see a trend that explains the pricing.

The decision is pending appeal, which will take at least a year, maybe more. The fine is a placeholder amount which will be debated and reduced to a reasonable amount if a complete reversal is not going to happen.
