Thats what I was thinking too. On docket 46, Ad hoc lenders has a lien on ROW but only through the row financing facility. This is clearly separated in the presentation. However,that would force them to write off part of the debt in exchange for owning the uk+us assets.

If they stubbornly refuse to sell the company in pieces, any offer less than 6b for the whole company will yield zero for the shareholders.

I think the positive one is for 2023. Assuming 4B revenue which is around 90% of 2019.

2022 is expectedly negative EPS.
