@Waffen,
Would it be possible for a different outcome than the RSA to happen? Like of the delay gets approved and cine gets breathing room.
Take as little time as possible to ask. I'd imagine their fees per minute is astronomical.
We already saw final figures from the website. I do not think they intended anyone to decipher how to download the updated Cleansing Materials. Cine is actually barely profitable in 2022. 2023 would be better. But that is because of the capital injection/debt writeoff stipulated.
As wolf would concur, everything is happening according to plan from the september RNS. Albeit on a slower milestone timeframe.
Now, I ask myself if getting wiped out in the end was the ultimate plan for mooky. Will he really beg for scraps from the big boy table at the end of his own plan?
Or is he just delaying and he has a chekovs gun hiding? Probably not.
It's not zero yet though. Probably go back in a few months time.
In the meantime you can go fishing.
They were clear that they will continue to trade throughout the C11 process. It looks like we'll have to wait for the AGM and the UK restructuring plan to pan out before we know our final fates. That is going to be after C11 concludes.
Who knows? None of the dates are hard facts. Even the RSA is not set in stone.
Some people have different understanding of the facts. The shares can exist without undelying value. They can then be delisted and be untradable.
Reorganized Cineworld - will hold all the assets except 'share capital in cineworld parent'
Busby Assignco will hold ROW Facility. See Docket 52.
They are not after your uk shares. They specified that the newco(busby?) Will not take cineworld parent capital equity.
There will be an ancillary proceeding, probably a uk restructuring plan afterwards. But by then cineworld will be nigh assetless.
The news this week is that Us UK and Jersey are no longer for sale as there was no interested buyer. I do not think this will change.
Bids for ROW will still be due on 10 Apr.
I wonder how plex SH feel about their 1B claim becoming less than 20M if the RSA happens.
Plex already made themselves a claim. If you look at the claims part at the Kroll website. Any reasonable negotiation has been exhausted and their claim goes the GUC pile with the rest.
Yes wolf. Busby was the assignco that will have a Lien on the ROW assets from docket 46 aka ROW LOAN AKA ROW CREDIT FACILITY. Busby only has a 271M Lien on Crown NL Holdco. But only 271M.
In the RSA, if you look for ROW Facility, it states
'On the Plan Effective Date, and solely to the extent the obligations under
the RoW Facility '
Docket 52 has busby assignco's origin story. Tell me what you think of it wolf. Thanks.
The reason I did not join in the letter is that I want to keep the ability to sell. I am afraid that if I join in, I will in effect anchor my mind that I will not sell and see the letter through. I have 200k shares bought before the plex result.
Personally, i still hope mooky can pull something out of the hat and he keeps his family's legacy instead of begging for scraps from the lenders. The lenders deletes 4.2Billion dollars of loans. They will not be giving away an inch. Especially the CEO seat.
Just to add to the tinfoil, Alix partners, CINE'S Bankruptcy advisor specializes in extracting value from bankrupt corporations. It's owners, CVC Capital. The bidder for ROW.
Good luck everyone!
You can see all 5 steps of grief in the forums. I already went through all 5. But I returned to the first step for the fun of it.
They are, but they cant sell since they are insiders. They will be handsomely rewarded some other way.
Found it using the sitemap. Thanks
I cannot see this. Can you give a link?
Maybe not. But they will be advising consultants for the newco, at the very least if they did not keep their job.
CEO is probably off the table for mooky.
