The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
@wolf,
I am not saying it will be, I am saying there is space in the legal terms for it to happen. You said there is no such thing as ROW Equity, the recent dockets proved there is, and Crown NL Holdco can sell it outside 363.
I don't mind. Other shareholders went as far as giving their name, email, and holdings for what they believe in.
Besides, you're not the first to call me tegpop here.
What you do with your money is up to you. Good luck and do not lose too much!
End of May, unless things go faster than planned.
Again, docket 1471, look for Unrestricted Subsidiary and read the footnote out loud.
Nothing in all the dockets that I have seen have any mention of FCA suspension. Aside from reading lawyers bills which were a fly in the wall moments.
In fact, page 69 of docket 1510 says that Cineword Parent and Cineworld Funding(Jersey) will not be part of the Reorganized Cineworld post C11.
@HNS,
They omitted the part where they say there is no expected recovery following a Sale Transaction for the ROW Group. It looks like they can't say that after the deadline.
The rest of the RNS is old news.
Deadline for Binding offers is yesterday. This is the kind of deadline that is not subject to change unless there is no interested buyer. We have at least two.
Deadline for a possible auction is 17 April. We should know by then how much ROW Equity will sell for. Good luck to the longs and the shorts!
Hi Retail, lookup unrestricted subsidiary on the RSA.
There is a small footnote on Page 106.
See ya bonkers. It will be interesting for a bitblonger.
Patience's letter is now in the docket, and it looks like they do not want the Jersey site.
@Waffen, Part of the RSA absolves them from giving the latest numbers. In fact, they want to end CINE's calendar to end on H1 2022 so they can keep the latest audited numbers to the new insiders.
That is very outdated. HNS can give us an updated list but he is no longer around. Bless his soul. Just kidding HNS. We love you.
Ohhh Cineworld funding's lender is BNY melon. It looks like they refused to share the 20Million with Plex.
It looks like they do not want to take Jersey, and its 213 million debt.
There will be no shareholder vote. They mentioned it in the AGM RNS. They will tell the shareholders they did their best and they had been warned. And to suck it up and move on.
Next headline is a tender offer for all the shares.
Then mooky will be sole owner and ceo of new Cinema City.
Mate, did you not read my last post. You cant tell me wha to do. Bruh....
That is because I earned this money and no one can tell me what to do with it.
I have a solid dd and it has not changed, so I will hold and buy more when I can.
Your turn, are you short, long, or Jesus?
Those who wanted to sell have sold. Those who remained long stayed.
Why are you here? Do you think yourself a stock messiah?
I am here because I am long and will hold for the long term. H1 2023 ends in 29 May at the very least.
Plenty of time for things to happen.
