George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Same with the non RSA lenders. Even if they vote no, ad hoc lenders already have critical mass.
They are relying on the judge or arguing that the methods/RSA is unjust/illegal.

The letter sender was there in person. Too many parenthesis(es) it looked like a math problem. It still looked to me that it will be discussed.
Nonetheless, still a date to mark the calendar.
1579. Read the entire title.
2 May hearing for shareholder objection. Docket 1533.
12 jun deadline for alternative first lien exit facility from non RSA lenders.
They are still pushing to exit c11 by late h1 2023.
I'll have whatever he's smokin.
The plex case would still hang overhead like the sword of damocles. Getting a new lender would still be hard and renegotiating existing loans will be harder on a high interest rate environment. But cine does not need 100% pre pandemic levels to be profitable and maybe start paying back the loans.
A weird thing is how they refused the buyout offers from CVC or elliott. And how they want to rush the RSA through ahead of schedule.
He did call it right twice that I can remember. Wether he puts his money where his mouth is, or hides his losses under the rug, or is wrong more often than he is not, is not a concern to any of us.
This is just the nature of these boards. In wsb, we can be short, long, or regarded without bickering. You can see people losing their shirt or gaining as much in casino bets. They also have a position or ban motto.
While we bicker here, dockets keep pouring in. Looks like they really want to push the C11 exit date forward.
I think the bod and ad hoc lenders are having a very stressful day trying to shove the plan in. The non RSA lenders now submitted their own exit first lien plan and disputes how 'fair' they are treating the creditors.
@wolf, we are pretty thin on the LTH side. The rationals already sold. Only the stubborn double down gamblers remain. Myself included.
You end up debating people with obvious agenda, short history with the stock and limited knowledge of the process. I am afraid these discussions will no longer fit your goal of exercising your faculties.
Do we know anyone going to the AGM?
There are three new dockets containing objections from agrieved creditors.
Looks like they are trying to throw the RSA to the bin and are offering an alternative exit lien facility.
At least someone here is sure of things.
Here I was thinking this market is full of risk and uncertainties.
As I stated, my DD expects a tender offer on all shares not in Mooky's name between 1p and 5p tomorrow.
10p is pushing it as that would require 100Million.
Too late now poor. Tomorrow is a day of reckoning as they will confirm the disclosure statements. You can't just dip your toes into this.
I too sold some of my holdings and bought back again. Best of luck!
Not PI's. Crown NL. CINE. If you did notice, CINE Is about to release around 6b of debt. A new 450M debt with a lien against ROW on a good interest rate is possible.
Not saying it's gonna happen, but if mooky offered more than cvc or elliott he has a place on the table the other two do not have.
I'm sure you're exaggerating, Wolf. You chuckled? I thought you were an AI designed to correct all the rampers here.
It's not completely impossible since the RSA is not signed yet. For example, maybe a leveraged buyout where the current CINE cuts a deal with the ad hoc team where the Reorg CINE will be paid off by a new loan and OLD CINE will keep ROW. REORG CINE will take US and UK. I do not know. Just spitballing here.
Amazing how the NDAs work when they really do not want anything to leak.
It looks like there will be a hearing for the approval of the disclosure statement on 20 Apr. All the respective parties will be represented, except shareholders.
This is on the same date as AGM. The AGM should be earlier in the day due to time zone differences.
Stop being jealous of the gamblers.
Thats a 194,000. Not million. A 194M claim will put the claimant next to BNY Mellon.
