Why do that 2 days before the AGM? why will that increase the SP?

The AGM is 2 days away. My theory bets that they will put a tender offer for all the shares on the AGM between 1p and 5p. Longshot but that's my wild guess.
That, or they will suspend trading without recourse.
It's too late to start a DD now and you would be jumping in based on speculation and emotion. No one in this board is here to tell you what will happen next and what to do with your money.
That being said, there are lots of informative discussions here.

It will be slow until the AGM unless there is a leak.

Latest docket clearly stated delisting. In fact, suspension is not mentioned even once. SPA got a few mentions too.
Suspension is by FCA, while delisting is initiated by the company right?

The fact that the SP is not zero means somebody is willing to hold the shares. Risk averse IIs and etfs that have a duty to exit when bankruptcy is declared are already out the door.
There are still some insiders who cannot sell, high risk IIs and some PIs like us.
AGM will be this week and the deadline for Auction will be Monday. GLA.

I think this is as high profile as it gets. Still, common on high profile cases.
This type of wipeout is uncommon. Usually they dilute by printing the same shares multiple times to effectively dilute 100:1, 1000:1, or even 10000:1.
Or they have a mechanism to convert legacy shares into shares of the newco.
Aeromexico or Latam Airways have been more recent.
They initially said significant dilution, but now they say no recovery.
