Hi Marve, the big difference between GDR and NYCT is that GDR partner their sales. NYCT are suppliers of test kits where as GDR create complete systems. Their HCV test is sold through Sysmex, a large Japanese company with a much bigger reach than GDR can obtain on their own. This maximises their ability to get into market and takes away a lot of overhead. I suspect either Sysmex or Cytiva are lined up to take the test to market, giving GDR instant world wide sales and distribution. As a LTH I have constantly being saying along with others who sadly are not posting at the moment (CW hope you are ok) that a trade sale is a likely exit strategy for GDR. I don't know if C19 makes that more or less of a route now, but time will tell I guess. Exciting times, GDR has world class partners already...
