It won't be a remuneration they can claim, if the share price doesn't meet the execution price, or they expire....kinda, incentivises the board to make sure they achieve price targets to enable them to the value those shares hold. 3.95 > 3.80.....really?!? He's a long term investor, and that is a tiny difference in price. I don't know many that didn't hit the placing price, but of course, that only matters if you're here for a quick gain....most are here waiting for SWP. You may need to sit back and have a cuppa, chill fella, you're missing the current activity on this board.

Thanks Chesh, I think Bigpecs has just misinterpreted my comment in response to London, thinking it was to BigMJ. Offerman - I saw your post on ADVFN, but the website wouldn't register my account, and I wasn't able to see what everyone else was talking about regarding your post. Peter uploaded it, and all of a sudden, posts came flooding the board, I doubt a BP takeover could generate that many posts ;)

BigMJ - When a placing is actioned, the amount received by the company is reduced because of broker fees....do those same fees apply in this particular case, or is it managed directly by the company?

To be fair, I haven't really got an issue with the agreement. It seems unfair(the discount), but then again, it gives the parties in question a reward for the risk to their cash, it's instantly distributed, it allows us to not have to rely on a loan with interest which could go badly if something not expected occurs throughout the duration. The only thing that would **** me off, is if news is released prior to the placing.

Chesh - Lol, you beat me to noticing it ;) Offerman - No, No, I didn't mean to offend anyone, it was just generally as that specific page I read through was quite swamped down with praise from many. And if it makes you feel any better, I have also googled him last year and found exactly the same. I never used to believe LLL when he said that BigMJ speaks to NR often, but on researching, it led me to believe otherwise. It's cool buddy, I just speak my mind randomly without thinking sometimes. To be fair, you had a lot of the same last week ;)
