Better known as the Goudron Feeder! 4) The possibility of increasing base production at our other properties, Icacos, Bonasse etc. 5) The possibility of a big oil South American acquisition. 6) The possibility of hitting any of 12 huge oil deposits within our SWP territory, ranging between 20m & 400m barrels each. 7) The big guys undoubtably watching intensely over any progress made in SWP, the new frontier! ....A perfect recipe for a bidding war, or other agreement by one or more of them. 8) Approximately 50% of holders from IIs to PIs with sticky fingers who are all waiting for SWP and a ticket to the main market. 9) Watch the derampers call everything from CoS, cash requirements, potential of falling production, and obviously every other 'what if'. 10) An expection to see no less than 10 green thumbs for my evidently non rampy checklist for the next few years ;)

That's cool, I didn't actually think you were having a go, just stating facts.....it's the same thing I do, it's just awkward when you realise youre wrong. The bit that got me the most: "you need to read some laws on share trading teacup." I have a huge amounts of knowledge regarding the companies act, years of training in all aspects of civil law....but as soon as you highlighted my mistake, I was wrong and I knew it. Shit! ;)

Furthermore, I wasn't saying that it will definitely be anytime soon, but that it could be the case that today's downward pressure, post 12:30, was a result of forward selling those shares to an II straight after the votes were made, which if this is the case, we would get an announcement once the placing shares were part of the entire share capital.

And let's be fair, the CIB isn't exactly overflowing, VAST could do with as much cash as possible, unless there is a slow and steady mentality. They can't do everything on the Mecurias next Tranche.

As for insider trading....You are already aware that an II might acquire some shares via a placing, right? ....and you have also been made aware that the majority have voted in favour of dilutionary headroom? ...knowing both would mean that nobody would be trading on inside information as you already know that a placing to an institutional investors is probable, and have also voted in favour of making those shares available without AP having to tell you. "As I mentioned earlier if they were going to place this week why have the minute one last week?" What's wrong with an II and AP both buying in? Given the recent downward pressure, a director buying in is also a crowd winner.
