I don't think the 'placing' announcement will be made until all shares have entered the secondary market.

If a resolution for a further placing is being voted on at the AGM, then in my opinion, the current downfall in SP is a result of authorisation being granted. The meeting was at 11am, assuming it went on for approx an hour and a half, until 12:30, then forward selling may well have been executed immediately after the vote, hence the fall from about ~12:30.

Since then, it's gone from 0.1 to 0.6 with one hell of a pipeline to come. Given that there was nowhere near as much going on back then compared to now, surely you must have recognised, as a result, the upwards trajectory since? Once this is on the cooker, it's turkeys all around!

I remember team CERP and some locals cleared plastic from the sea in Trinidad. If LK can twist it slightly, he may be able to get the locals to help bucket that oil seepage into barrels for us....in the name of helping the local wildlife and environment of course.

Ioneagle...I believe it's upto 100%, not 100%. I believe Mecuria will take the lot, but I think they just wanted a safety net in place in the event that commodity markets take a battering.

If the meeting starts at 11am, don't expect any extras to be announced during that time. After the meeting however...
