I don’t think any announcement will happen until all Russian military drills are over and they have all returned back to base.

Hopefully the parties involved can find an acceptable resolution which will stick.

If it all does kick off and sanctions are put on Russia, unless the buyer is either a Russian company or the Chinese then does it matter. China won’t support any sanctions on it best mate and will continue to trade with Russia.
