Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
That’s an interesting link. MTR are certainly swimming in a different pond these days, no need to mess around in the murky waters of AIM. Recent placement in Sable which was run by Sprott a prime example.
It will almost certainly be worth much more than the current market cap in time. The A4 NSR we will find out shortly, I guess the question is what will someone pay for it.. MTR do not need to sell and that is down the diligent work by MM ensuring we have access to numerous sources of capital. Perhaps just Serling a portion of it, 1% for further equity in TRR?? Cobre and KML will be the ones to watch for further developments after the A4 NSR catalyst.
Clearly positions are now being taken in MTR and why not. So much happening it’s only a matter of time before we start to see MM reach his first goal of £100m market cap.
Main catalyst of course is going to be SFR publishing a maiden resource for A4 which will give an initial value for the NSR - expecting it to be chunky - then we will see where Sandfire are targeting for further drilling and this further NSR value. I can see the A4 royalty being sold, possible to TRR and those funds being deployed.
Clearly the BoD are deploying capital left right and centre. Some will question why... its shows they are not resting on their laurels, using and leveraging the Sandfire equity to make even more gains, bravo. No wonder MTR are pricking a few ears. MMs deal making is incredibly shrewd, the latest is the Cobre/KML tie up which is a master stroke and totally overlooked. I fully expect Cobre to prove up their VHMS targets at Perrinvale and then with Kit-E so close to the T3 mine it’s fairly obvious what will happen. Why do you think Cobre have 51% of KML - controlling stake.
We are on the cusp of a precious and base metal bull market, some are saying the greatest ever and MTR are perfectly positioned to take full advantage.
Plenty of investors are here for the long haul expecting MTR to eventually be a fund of sorts. Strap yourselves in. GL.
There has been some great feedback from the Sprott symposium. MTR have been opposite Robert Friedland no less!!! TG well known by most and MM by all accounts holding his own. Lots of contacts been made. MTR being at this event really is testament to what the BoD are trying to achieve and I’m sure it will open more doors...
No more dilution, boy do I like the sound of that!!!!!
Poor attempt dumbo. You can do better than that surely???
Maybe not.. Less and less for you to twist as the BoD keep thrashing out these deals. MM and TG off to Vancouver to meet RR following their personal invite.
Perhaps yours got lost in the post... ???
Idid hear that last year there were some real long queues at the tea and coffee stand ;-)
Oh and that's aussie dollar. Sandfire divi should have that covered ;-)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahM_i9Vuipo&app=desktop A good interview with RR here, nice section on the Sprott symposium next week where metal tiger will be attending following a personal invite from RR. Over 700 HNWI in attendance.
The beauty is in the detail as ever. The fee is set at $2m no matter what and MTR will upon IPO end up with 19.9% no matter what. Would be interested in your thoughts geo wise Joe??
Some of the BoD off to see Sprott and Rick Rule next week. The fact they have been invited speaks volumes. BoD doing the business behind the scenes.
Yeah.. and then cancelled the next day.. nothing to see here tho move along quietly....
So funny that you think the share price will drop on KML news when the sandfire equity will be worth more than the current MC. Dumbo.
Congratulations on THE most stupid post I have ever read on this BB.
I have heard there are indeed spreadbets open on MTR, would explain some of the agendas on show here.
100% agree AP the chance of finding the big one is incredibly slim and I wasn’t insinuating that it was a gaurantee, so apologies if it read that way.
But the reference to kamoa-kakula has been made by numerous parties. Cupric to the north also have some large deposits so clearly the system is mineralised. Sandfire will have numerous high priority targets thanks to then AEM and importantly they have the budget to properly explore.
IF anything is there, I wouldn’t bet against them finding it.
I have spoken to the board numerous times and I am very happy. As are Sprott and Rick Rule!!!
The chance of that is highly unlikely..
Thr fact the Sanford fought to have the NSR removed says it all. Wouldn’t surprise me if they’d tried to buy it... MTR cashed up so no thanks.
I won’t bother asking you any questions as you are incapable of answering anything.
For sure makes no sense. Some dodgy trading and/or numpty spread betting going on.. whatever it is it won’t last forever.
The more I research and speak to people in regards the NSR the more excited I am for MTR and where this will take the company. Forgetting KML, forgetting that MTR will still have direct exposure through bots via the SFR holding (and the value of the 3.5%), forgetting exposure of the other SFR projects and the division. The NSR alone “could” be worth a crazy amount per year (per year not sale). The potential T3 NSR could have given - had it not been capped - has already been shown. What if SFR find a few T3s?? And with the amount of targets you have to think that is likely...???
BUT what if a major deposit is found..?? In the ilk of Ivanhoes kamol-kakula, which is also a sediment hosted deposit (as is T3) wow....
I’ll refer you to my 21.07 post !
There was no turbo drilling by MOD. In particular JH and JVR made a complete hash of what they had and backed themselves into a corner, hence the cut price deal.
I’ll note KML have been drilling 24/7....
You mean the 11,000 odd sqKm? That already have numerous targets identified... a T4 drill if I recalled pulled out a 5% sample back in 2016 prior to hitting the first T3 drill. Check the MOD website if you’re unsure ;-)
Have you done any research in to SFR cash? Tut, of course you haven’t ;-) They need new production coming online ASAP.
The NSR is not speculative at all, Sandfire fought very hard to have it removed. If it was irrelevant why would they bother.. and they did, before you claim otherwise.
Glad you keep giving us your “IMO” tho...
No need for emails when they work together...
Lee pours the milk and cash does the stirring ;-) they’re always arguing tho.. lee things clockwise is best.. however cash can’t tell time so just gets confused.. lolz.
It sure is. I’m assuming lee and cash will be along to express their concerns and ask those pertinent qustions on the behalf of all of us...
There you go, straight out of the cashmong play book. Unable to respond to any points made so you just resort to talking absolute nonsense. Thought we could have an actual debate.. shame.
Maybe lee is moon lighting, he is also part of the attempted hatchet job on old Borris. Ironic you talk about credibility.. I never once said MOD wouldn’t need to dilute. The aforementioned catastrophic dilution is down to the fact that MOD have backed themselves into a corner and Sandfire have taken advantage. Neither did I say it’s an amazing deal, I hoped for more and am a disappointed. But I can see there are also many postives. Unlike you I have spoken with management and have taken that discussion on board. You are just a tea boy doing your bosses bidding. Interestingly, your posting in here has increased and intriguingly I’ve heard a large spread bet has been taken out.. hmm. Taylot dum dum made me laugh tho I’ll give you that. Lol.
Show we where I am wrong?? Would I like to have gotten more, of course. Would have MOD had to dilute to fund - yes. Massively - yes. Will SFR make the T3 project more robust - yes. Will they explore the land package - yes. Will MTR get exposure to Sandfores other projects - yes. And the last one.. are you spinning ;-)
