Which shows how easily they can afford to move capital and fund what they need to.
Alas we are getting distracted by nothings, these smaller investments are but a side show to the main game in town - the KCB. A4 news and Sandfire exploration update due imminently (we know from Chris Parrish on Twitter and the sat images he kindly shares that there’s been lots of activity) this should give us more of an idea of NSR valuation - will we see some development on the monetising of that in some way? And now we have KML drilling to start with a 7000m campaign that’s a fair number of drill holes. 20-30+ I would think.
Not at all, it’s just boring reading the same nonsense all the time. If you have serious questions why don’t you contact the company? - They obviously aren't going to give you information they shouldn’t.
You are asking does anyone think they’ll be a raise, no I don’t for the reasons stated. You are making a lot of assumptions to get to your rationale that a cash call may be needed and stating maths as the reason.
End of year accounts are imminent so we will have a much better idea soon enough anyway.
The comment was made because some of us do more than just make unfounded posts on here. Have you spoken to the BoD and asked about cash position? Do you think they keep a hold of all these positions? Do you think they trade more than just the placements they take part in? These guys are finance professionals there cash flow management is very good. They are also acutely aware of long term holders views on placements and particular ones with dog warrants.
TF I suggest you contact either MM or CH and properly understand the SFR collar facility.
As H correctly states there is no NEED to raise capital, at some point there may be a raise to allow an II into the register and increase the ASX liquidity. This will not be done at these levels and I expect they’ll be no warrants, why? Because we do not NEED the capital.
Have you been day drinking again TF??
Oh. My. God.
The links not working. Everybody stay calm. The link. Is. Not. Working.
That’s it. Sack the board. I’m out.
For gods sake man, pull yourself together.
If that’s the best you can do then maybe they should just put you back to being the tea boy.
A4 / SFR update news is due shortly, end of year accounts then ASX listing and awaiting the second deal MM mentioned.
Expect to see some more PR soon, IC update perhaps? Director buys once they are in an open period?
Lots going on. GLA.
A stopped clock is right twice a day...
When posters just turn up and make statements with random figures like 15% without a shred of rationale it’s hardly surprising they are ridiculed.
You said more shares would be issued without exhaling why? They are cashed up. So why would they issue shares? The MAY issue shares in the future to facilitate a stronger register if they deem that applicable. But I won’t go to any spivvy London II, look at the latest deal and who’s involved to see the circles MTR are now in.
Genghis, there were previously conditions on the royalty following the initial KML/MTR deal. They were to do with MTR having to fund a certain amount of capex to keep the warrants valid.
I would argue their are a number of points from KML that have been missed. Wesley Hall being appointed to the technical team is one of them.
The drill programme looks ready to roll with plenty of drilling planned.
I maintain my thesis that an early hit (which given the amount of work and the technical prowess of the team there is a good chance of) will put the cat amongst the pigeons as they say. Cobre will be at risk of a take over due to its price, share structure and cash balance. Perfect for MTR. Any ideas on a Cobre suitor??
I associate some posters on here with the littering scum bags that plagued the country on Monday.
These posts which are complete nonsense are designed to put a downer on the price - nothing more. Idiotic posts like 10p - cash and liquid assets are equivalent to market cap.
Show me another company on AIM that can say it’s exploration potential is priced at zero?? You can’t.
Show me another company ‘anywhere’ that has an uncapped 2% NSR over a district scale copper belt, you can’t. That royalty is being priced at zero. The majority of that royalty is over ground that is owned by a mid tier copper company that HAVE to show the district scale opportunity is as good as they think.
I’m not sure what is more ridiculous, the share price or the posting on some of the sewer rats on this forum.
One of the poorest and most inaccurate posts I have EVER read on this forum, even your spelling and grammar is atrocious.
"mod over rides mtr 30% and sells to sandfire for cash £££ mod shareholders vote in favour and recieve
a healthy divdend, mtr opt for a 2% net royalty payment on the pretense of T3 becoming productive alass
this was not to happen as sandfire t/date has not exhumed any minerals from the kalahari but sfr has moved
to further exploration by exploring the A4 dome a savvy move as untill sandfire hit pay dirt then mtr will not
receive the 2% royalty , kcb has no infrastruture roads..rail.... electric and most importantly water so sandfire
has no other option but to continue exploration."
It's almost funny how desperate you guys are getting, your lack of knowledge on this company is expected as you are just being paid to write this tripe. For anyone reading that think these muppets have right - they are not. It is lies and it is deceit and the fact they are allowed to write this nonsense sums up the whole forum.
Posters on here have met the BoD. There have been issues and there have been questions put to the BoD about where the company is headed - my personal queries have all have been responded to, impressively in my view. This is something we can all do but these BB shysters know their dumb endless questions would be answered emphatically so they choose not to do so. They instead choose to post mindless drivel in the hope of putting off investors, why would they do that??? Pretty obvious.
Look at royalty companies and how attractive they are. Look at Trident and how easily they raised cash to fund the latest royalty purchase. Look across the pond to the TSX and how royalty companies are doing. Look at how they value royalties. The 2% NSR is making the paid bashers sweat, it is why they are looking to talk it down. A4 update is due anytime, I anticipate we will see a liquidity event where by the A4 NSR in part or full is sold for cash and/or equity. All in the knowledge there are further deposits to be found by SFR (and KML), SFR believe in the KCB so much they are pinning the future of the company on it, hoovering up ground as fast as they can. Why would they do that??? Pretty obvious.
Gibberish from the pair of you. Expected and not at all surprised.
Question wasn’t answered. As I anticipated.
I have had stick all my life the shape of my head, so nothing new ;-)
Cash really did pass the numpty batton.
He used to waffle uncontrollable bull**** when he knew he had been backed into a corner and the only outcome was a positive..
Tell me what are the current value of cash and liquid investments and what is the current market cap? Do you think the remains value attributed to the NSR and exploration upside is realistic?
Hi D. Not accusing you of that at all - just the other numpties.
IMO The smaller investments aren’t pointless. Are they individually going to make an impact on the market cap no, but they are and have negated the need of dilution (or for so much dilution)
For me tho they are just a sideshow to the main show which is (currently) the NSRs. All about what you are looking for, a quick ten bagger? - no, certainly not quick anyway, but anything in that category is also a quick way to half your capital. But in risk/reward territory this is well up there. As I said below what are the value of cash and liquid investments (there’s your risk) and what value does that put on the NSR and the exploration potential? The answer is very little, so there is your reward.
121 - The fact you bring up kingsgate tells me all I need to know about you and your agenda - and probably who your acquaintances (payers) are.
The delay is obvious to me, if you aren’t sure check what Sandfire are doing and where they are going. Maybe even contact KS and ask him ;-)
It’s not a mess, no point in debating that as it’s subjective and as with cashmong I am sure it will be a head and brick wall situation.
Cash - The vast majority of investments are up, fact speaks for itself.
Picking up on grammar/typo, as with the social media dum dums it’s a sure sign you have nothing else to bring to the table. First target is the £100m MC.
Both of you tell me what are the current value of cash and liquid investments and what is the current market cap? Do you think the remains value attributed to the NSR and exploration upside is realistic?
I see cash has passed the resident numpty batton...
Yes MTR is currently dependent on SFR -currently- as is always the case with the junior parented, which the NSR roughly equates to 10% free carry of the project. KS needs the SFR share price up and up even more if he intends to have a go at Adriatic. To do that he needs to show Botswana is the real deal - excellent for MTR.
Leveraging the SFR equity has been smart, very smart. The vast majority of investments are up considerably and the risk of being all in on Sandfire has been mitigated some what. Smart.
Not sure I would call the SP as being in a mess. It is up over 100% in a year for a start. I equally wouldn’t say it’s booming but remember there have been a large number of legacy warrants which have acted as an anchor around the share price - these have now expired. Lots of news due and very little to hold the price back.... I guess that’s why you guys are here ;-)
This is an excellent point. Lots of rainbow chasing to be done and that’s fine as long as you don’t get left holding the bag at the end of these pumps..
MM is building the foundations of solid company, he is looking to make a name for himself and is going about that in a methodical way and balancing risk very well. It’s impressive. The share price will react to that sooner or later, if it’s later so be it, I am invested in the company not just looking to make a quick trade.
These new projects that have been mentioned will show me how he intends to move forward. I will be particularly interested to see if there are any NSR clauses anywhere.. I am optimistically hopefully that there are!!! The 2% NSR over the Sandfire licences is the company maker, I expect MM to leverage the A4 NSR in some way, production will not be for another 2years and I fully expect SFR to find further deposits across the belt - its clear that KS thinks so too as they are hoovering up as much ground as possible.
My other hope is they (KML) get an early hit at Kit-E and another mid cap comes along and takes out CBE. That really would be the ideal scenario for MTR and I am sure would see the market cap into the six figure category which I know is MMS first target.
ATB.
Sandfire results out, very nice 8c dividend.
“The T3 development is expected to form the cornerstone of the new, long-term Motheo copper hub for Sandfire in the Kalahari Copper Belt. The Base Case 3.2Mtpa development outlined in the December 2020 DFS confirmed strong economics over an initial 12.5-year mine life using conservative copper pricing, however we expect to be able to quickly expand to a 5.2Mtpa operation through the inclusion of the A4 satellite deposit.”
“We also have a host of targets yet to be drilled within our dominant 26,650km2 landholding in Botswana and Namibia, and will be continuing to drill throughout the remainder of 2021.”
Apologies on the warrants Pb. You were spot on.
So there are possibly around 6.4m warrants outstanding from that raise, 3m of those are Rick Rules and the others Sprott/exploration capital. Good news there is that neither parties NEED to sell to fund their purchases. The 1.45p warrants will hit the market Monday so maybe a little sell volume there.. but after that blue skies - until we start complaining about the 60p warrants ;-)
Sandfire news tonight so hopefully we get some more A4 news.
Pbaz, if you have read the BB for 5/6 years then you will have read all the idiotic nonsense that has been posted on here and understand why people question your post. And then some of your questions make no sense and smack as someone trying to subtly spin negatives... divi from sale of Thai asset?? What!?! Selling the Sandfire NSR to Trident?? What?!? No way they can afford it (to but the whole NSR) nor would MTR sell. NSRs will be the company making asset.
Alas,
It is my understanding the warrants expire on the 10th, you are basing the 15th the admission of shares in 2019? Will read into this.
Have you not been watching what MTR are doing with their capital?? I’m sure they’ll be plenty of places for a million quid.
Ref ASX listing, it has nothing to do with TGs estate. I have contacted MTR -as we are all free to do- on the ASX listing and was more than happy with the responses.
A lot of MTRs exposure is on the ASX hence the reason for listing there.
As I said, some so so questions for someone who has been invested for 6years.
