Labour has now managed to undermine the housing market . This quote is from the HWG rns today ;

So when the largest UK land remediation/ development company talks about them affecting confidence , bearing in mind their need to be 'friends with' labour we know we are in trouble!

Is Labour causing problems in the housing/development market now? I read the RNS today and was really pleased with everything apart from this comment:.

My view is that they are undermining confidence in a big way - we are currently house hunting but mindful of talk of raising council tax and introducing wealth tax , We are not the only ones -it must be common knowledge if the likes of Charlie Mullins has decided to sell his exclusive London flat and move to Spain!

Doozer, yes I am trying to buy more at 4.8p because i believe that that price undervalues the asset. My aim is to sell those shares at a profit like every other investor looking for a return. I am totally fed up with SD but I cannot control him or his ambition , all I can do is react to his actions.

Food banks didnt exist when I grew up. My mother , a widow with 4 kids would take us fruit picking so that we could earn enough money to buy some tea each day during the summer and i did'nt actually think we were poor because we were always fed! I had a white privilege up bringing hence i don't understand todays struggles!

Lots of upside from lower oil prices on our cost base and it is being driven , as I undertand it by China's economy weakening, which will mean lower growth and interest rates for us, which should mean a higher sp here- I hope!

HL have woken up and sent out an offer under a corporate action. I have asked for £15k.

stp, you are correct we do have a society devoid of a social conscience with rampant crime because we are no longer a cohesive ****geneous group. immigrants have failed to integrate and the divide between rich and poor has got worse because we are importing millions of people to drive down costs , i.e wages. we also have many cultural problems where people use knives too readily and the police are discouraged from firm action for political reasons. everyone can see that the mass immigration started under tony blair is the root cause of many of our problems and the tories did nothing to change it - hence the mess we are in now. the damage that will be caused by net zero will accelerate our economic and social decline imv. someone needs to get a grip.

I think the pis would have been better off if a 3rd party had bought the assets and we kept our 30%. Another bidder would have put in the investment and we would have been on the hook for a much smaller amount. This was all done to satisfy Mr Day's personal ambitions imv and we are paying the price. Wyloo is doing OK as will other new investors - disgraceful really imho.
