@hc92, 2 things about the buy back;

1. It is planned to take several months and that will underpin the sp until the next update.

2. Because Pentland own so much of the company the freefloat is small , so the buyback will have a larger effect than the value would suggest.

Anyone who bought this morning above 80p should now be adding. I did at 81p and just now again at 71p.Good value imv

@digitalis, i have read your post 3 times but don't understand the question. However my advice to you is to tune into IGTV [ on you tube - trade live with IG] which is on weekdays 730 am to 10. You can ask questions and get answers in the chat and the presenters describe complicated options deals like 'strangles' and other methods for protecting positions , like out of the money calls and puts. I love the show and have learned a lot, through listening and asking questions.

F - F, One of my favourites just now is MSI . The same BOD has run the company for over 40 years , it is cash rich and in 3 weeks results will be out, and at the same time they will likely announce what they will do with their defence division. The jewel in their crown which makes anti drone guns and sells them to USA, UK and undisclosed other countries. Anti drones weapons imv will sell like hot cakes since Ukraines attack on russian bombers and frankly the division needs a bigger owner to ramp up production. I could see £20 by month end , or worse case scenario £11. Good luck and dyor.

I think this offer is to provide us UK retail investors with the opportunity to buy at the same price as the Aussies and then no one can complain that they bought at a discount , if that happens when 10% of the company hits ASX. I think that upcoming sale has worried some and hence the sp is down. IMV that is total nonsense given the cash position of the company and the high gold price today. I have bought more in the market at just under 14p. Bargain imv but each to their own.

Great news because the fact that the partners are buying 15% of the company in the market will push the sp much higher, whatever happens to the business!

I like the rns as the payback period looks reasonably quick , although the land prices look a little high. I especially welcome the ditching of the scicily project , where no doubt the local mafia would have creamed off the profits to protect the panels from vandalism.

Great q1 - worth 10p on sp , but falling gold price might knock 5p off, net gain 5p imv.
