I am happy that the company is not chasing other opportunities atm because the chancellor is hostile to oiland gas in general and prices are weak . biding one's time is sometimes for the best.

The way this share has bobbed up and down over the last few weeks is indicative of what is wrong with the city/media/market participants. I was sceptical of MM's dislike of the City but am now thinking his utterances are well founded - he should use ' Stuck in the middle with you' by Stealers Wheel in the next corporate video!

Look poor to me. 2nd half optimism - is it well placed or dreaming by ceo?

RNS today looks good to me - seems like a low multiple so expecting the market to push the sp up a few pence.

Do we have apollo 11 which landed sucessfully or apollo 13?

Here's my take on the bloomberg piece- firstly these people have to write something to earn a living and their analysis could have been completed one afternoon by any analyst meaning they will not be coming up with anything Apollo have not already thought of. Sometimes journalists are encouraged to slant a piece in a particular way but whether or not that happened , certain market participants took advantage of the piece to drive the sp down hard which is the unsavoury part. We shall see how this plays out but today has probably reduced the price which Apollo needs to pay imv.

Does he always want to have his cake and eat it too?

Think the market wants a higher premium for UK stocks this year because Corporation tax is up, wages no doubt pushing upwards because of inflation . Uk in a bad place just now imho.

I am certain Apollo will think they can pay less rent on the property and get some extra leverage there!

Why the big drop today?

Cash is material but equally important is the belief that others are showing in OBD developments.

Frankly the London listing is no longer relevant for this Aussie company and the sooner we are consigned to history the better for the ceo and his fellow Aussie directors , imv.

Decent q1 - but what does the market think?

In 2009 we had a banking collapse which hit house sales badly . We are not in that scenario today - just a grind lower - psn are ready for that imv.

Nothing wrong with the property leasing? So who sets the rent etc? Who is deciding on disputes? That must be MM and no doubt he will be scrupulously fair...

I doubt todays appointments will do anything to sp unfortunately.
