I think the company said a few weeks ago that for the remaining TorP agreements they are looking to make a more complex and interesting form of agreement than a simple TorP. One reason for this could be that potentail TorP customers now feel in a strong position to hold out for a lower price because they know they are on the critical path to Stage 2 funding, but that would be unfair to previous TorP customers if they've already agreed to a higher price. So maybe the company is trying to dream up a more complex form of agreement with further conditions integrated into it, so they can say to earlier TorP customers yes these new agreements might be at a slightly lower price but they have these extra conditions which makes things fair.

"risk to SXX" ... Not at all, IMO. If I were an agribusiness considering committing to a Poly4 TorP, I would much prefer it if there were not only one source of Poly4 in the world. I think that one of the best things that could happen now, for SXX, would be the prospect of a handful of competing sources of Poly4. With SXX being the best of the bunch of course.
