Maybe people infected would rather take their chances with existing medicines as opposed to being given placebo .I know I would think twice .Not a lot of people are prive to the info and facts we have ,regardless of whether it's all in the public domain .It's a brutal way of validifying a drug .It's like playing god but until a better more humane way of proof testing comes along , we are stuck with it

Cheers for that Mr big ,you were. Obviously aware of this .,but that leads the question then that if the drug misses the covid gravy train ( which I don't think it will ) ,,will the same " non commercialy viable scenario playout again and that being the reason for the depreciation in SP ?

I have just read the article on Bishenskincentre.com. from2014 where by it states that a deal for sgn001 has been struck with advance payment to total $232 million with AZ to pay royalties to Syn for sales .This money for research into the astma use but my question to the knowledgeable on here is ....Doesn't that mean that AZ own this drug regardless of what use they put it to and secondly ,if I feed they own the rights to the drug then why didn't they finance the p3 and ramp up production costs ?? Ok there have been P1&P2 trials completed this year with emphasis on the drug being for covid ,but again,why did they not finance the lot ??
The only thing I can think of as I have only followed the drug since July is that AZ never completed the deal and the article is void .

I don't think it reflects on SNG .It was about 18 p up a couple of weeks bank and next morning SNG. tanked.

The SP needs a 10-20 p uplift to absorb the vaccine wobbles but I have no idea how this can be achieved short term without a bit of trumpet blowing by Syn /RM .

I think people would like a statement to try stabilize the SP but it would fall on deaf ears today as probably the SP will take another battering ..I m sure the Tories will find 400,00 friends and relatives over the next few weeks and they'll be lucky to get more before February..I am in for 43k so going nowhere .Any stàtement from RM would be futile now but maybe a week ago he could have pushed the SP up a little to cushion the blow but that's a long shot...

I see this name as 7 th largest shareholder with 3.6 million shares ( 2.18%).
I don't see any letters behind the name ( ltd. Etc ) and don't see him on the synairgen employment register so presume he is a private invested.
Anybody know who he is ???

Getting this drug " Across the line " is RMs responsibility and his alone .He needs a PR agency ( if he hasn't already got one ) to handle this . Christ , There are enough celebs who have died from this .Spend some of the £87 mill on recruiting people like Tommy Cannon etc His best mate & partner just died .Maybe book some TV space and get these people to endorse Synairgen .Holgate should be the face of SN001 .He talks the talk and does the walk as well .RM seems a little bit nàive in the videos I've watched .He may know his stuff but he seems to fall short on PR unless Ofcourse ,everything that has happened ( or hasn't happened) so far ,is part of a perfectly executed strategy..Only time will tell.

Would .much prefer AZ to rise 10% so I can sell off and buy SNG @80.0 It's the only loose cash I have at the mo and I'm not taking a grand loss just to perhaps fall further .I have averaged down to £1.55 now but want to buy more but if So rises tomorrow on SNG . I'll still be happy ..Az have been very underhand on this vaccine and I want out now .

Would have topped up by 10 k if AZ would have performed like it should have done yesterday ..Not worry though

I am relatively heavy invested and have averaged down to£1.55 and wll probably do it again if the downtrend continues . I believe the phase trials for the drug regarding COPD have been placed on the back burner although RM said the results would be all in first quarter 2020 ( YouTube seminar 2017 but that's been delayed.
My question to the group on here. Is will there have to be another cash raising ishare ssue to get the drug over the line for COPD or was the £87 million to cover.everything ????? Sorry if it's been asked before but I can't find it .

Don't really know how that works because last week it finished at around £1.18 and everyone said here we go upwards and onwards .Next morning SYG tanked and finished the day sub £1.06 ..Same stock ,different correlation in pricing ???

Can someone please explain as to why AZ didn't spin the vaccine success rate to 90% and state only 1 1/2 doses required so even more efficient that the competition? .And why the CEO ,financial directords and old uncle Tom cobbly and all didn't cash in on the day rise that would have followed such news ,just like they did at Phizer & Moderna ..
