Never quite understood the issues over nebulizer.For efficiency yes but leakage ? I don't get it. If a patient is at home then his/her/its house is full of covid so no matter what system of treatment is used ,the patient is hopefully breathing out and discharging virus .Same in hospital although more precautions are employed. If the issue is that the virus is exponentially propelled out by gas with a neb then ok ,maybe ? I think all the palava was created early days when no-one had any real evidence on how the virus survives out of host .
