As discussed Drewky until there is a cast iron schedule in place neither Kiliwani nor CH1 are confirmed this year. I sincerely hope they are completed otherwise it makes the BOD look even less competent than they do at present, however until we have a spud date for CH1 and re-entry date for Kiliwani these are both only planned for 2018. I am quite sure I need not remind you of Ntorya 3 (CH1) previous 'back-to-back' schedule. Personally I'm hoping for an RNS before the EGM stating the BOD have recognised their folly and will postpone their undeserved salary increases until we are producing from either Kiliwani or Ruvuma.

Anyone getting in sub 2p should see a bag. Unfortunately it's the LTHs who have averages above 2p and some above 3p & 4p who have supported the company for many years who are quite rightly very disappointed by not only the 'transformational' deal but the market reaction and abject failure of the BOD to sell it in a positive light. There are many unanswered questions and I reiterate again the BOD should postpone their unwarranted salary increases until we are producing again. Salary increases should be diverted to PR because time and again Bhattacherjee has demonstrated he cannot do it himself. Roll on EGM where at least someone competent can take charge of Ruvuma and move things along.

Drewky I suggest you reword your list as some of these are stated as fact when they are not. - $35m carry - Chickumbi-1 drill mooted this year: no spud date yet - "Kiliwani Remediation this year" hah only taken 18 months so far. What's the hold up? Why are they not doing it now?? Also these are all dependent on the farm-out deal being voted through. Presumably we (shareholders) are also paying salaries for the hugely expanded team until November/December? Do we have severance costs for these employees when they transfer to AST?

I'm not so sure Cobre is weighing too heavily on the share price, JP negotiated a great deal which kept us cash positive and in the fortunate position of retaining the magnetite. If the client doesn't secure their environmental certification I would imagine, with Trumps trade war, there will be many other clients for the magnetite. IMO Leigh Creek is weighing down on the shareprice, given how Resilience Mining fared with the same mine. Some news from LCCM would work wonders on the shareprice IMO.

Drewky the farm out may be a way forward but it's not the way forward we were assured of and certainly not worthy of a huge pay rise. If the BOD postpone their salary increases I'll lighten up. Feel free to email them and suggest that as I have. Perhaps if enough people do they'll raise their snouts from the trough just long enough to see sense.

I don't believe Hans Camp is a bust, we're narrowing in on the prize, granted it's taking a little longer than we hoped but exploration is cheap and self-funded. Patience folks, this time next year we'll be millionaires ;)

Or perhaps Drewky it's because every time Aminex investors believe that the last hurdle, problem, setback is just about to be overcome. Another one pushes the rewards out of reach again, and again and again. You can only keep faith so long before becoming jaded with the BODs inability to deliver an ROI. We've already stuffed up two drills at Nyuni, two at Ntorya/Ruvuma and another at Kiliwani. I hope (and pray) CH1 will be a success but you cannot blame people for losing faith in Aminex. Even the TPDC has lost faith for goodness sake. If the BOD postpone their salary increases I'll be more forgiving but right now it feels like BOD snouts in the trough.

Drewky you are starting to sound paranoid. Not everyone shares your unrelenting support for the BOD, you are lashing out at anyone who does not share your passion for them. Calm down. The BOD are responsible for the share price, not you.

I did ask in an email for the BOD to consider postponing their self awarded pay rise; my email, and indeed all emails I've ever sent to Aminex, have been ignored (or at very least not responded to). Funny that.

I agree mather although it would be very welcome for the BOD to postpone their salary increases until we are producing either from Kiliwani or Ruvuma. I really don't think it's that much to ask. Jay Bhattacherjee was on £30,000/month before they approved their new pay rises. I hope newsflow and development pace increases significantly along with the share price. I still believe however that mismanagement has led us to this position it could have and should have been very different. Time will show whether our BOD behaviour towards PIs improves.

Genuinely have no idea blackgold. As I said I bought more when the farmout was announced ironically averaging up just as the shareprice turned and has now fallen below 2p. If I could predict the shareprice I wouldn't be making silly mistakes like that. A good question though, when will CH1 spud? Are we likely now to hear anything on anything until the EGM? On past performance I suspect not and therein lies the point. If PR and investor relations were poor before the farm-out what hope do we have of these improving with a private company now holding the reins? I'll be more positive when we see positivity return to the shareprice. I am holding for CH1, whatever we find though will come with the realisation that we may have had 75% of the prize had the assets been managed more effectively.

Quite right blackgold, the current share price is entirely the fault of anyone who posts a message on a public forum that's critical of the way our board have managed our Tanzanian assets. TPDC would never have let Aminex drill anyway after so many drilling failures at Nyuni, Kiliwani and Ntorya that were all entirely the fault of people posting critical comments on this forum. All the delays and poor PR it's all the fault of posters on here. Thank heavens we're now in the fortunate position of being able to pay our board an increased salary from our last remaining cash reserves while simultaneously shutting down our only producing well at Kiliwani and farming out the first onshore Tanzanian gas discovery of 1.87TCF for $40m.

Of course; how could anyone be critical of the BOD or share price without having some kind of ulterior motive. They have performed so well. Exemplary. Deserving of their salary increases. Any critical voice must be multiple id's or some other conspiracy. The share price is their fault. It's TPDC. It's market makers. It's shorters. It's not our BOD; they are infallible. Bhattacherjee's rousing, inspirational interviews and ardroit deal making, his explicit and detailed timescales and genuine care for PIs and their financial position makes me proud and thankful to be a shareholder.

More unnecessary personal attacks Drewky. I am not responsible for the share price. Jay Bhattacherjee is. I've been waiting since 2011 to get a return on this investment. I deeply regret not selling or de-risking when we hit 7.5p but I didn't, I thought we would hold ~5p until NT3 but we haven't. I believed what the BOD said about a back-to-back drill for NT3 at the last AGM that Ruvuma would be self funding that we just had to wait for the development license, that Kiliwani would be fixed, that we could drill NT3 ourselves. More fool me.

I have been invested here a lot longer than you Drewky. I don't think personal attacks are appropriate or warranted. I am not responsible for the share price: Jay Bhattacherjee is, he is paid as CEO to be responsible for the shareprice. The BOD will certainly not be heroes but a rising shareprice would make me feel a lot better and I would feel more forgiving towards them if they were to postpone their pay rises!

I see Drewky, so your response to criticisms of the hapless BOD is to label me a shorter? I WISH I had shorted this stock. I WISH I hadn't kept the faith all the way down to sub 2p. I even bought MORE when the farm out was announced and look where we are now. You call me anything you want. I hold well over 1m shares and have no interest in shorting anything. I hope the sp goes back to 5p tomorrow morning, genuinely nothing would make me happier. I don't know if that will happen however I do know that the BOD have not delivered on the assurances given at the previous AGM or previous AGMs. I want results and my patience has worth extremely thin. Back-to-back drills became an 18 month wait for a $40 farm-out while our sole producing asset was shut down. Our website says "debt free gas producer" HAH, what gas are we producing????? In what universe does anyone think it's appropriate for the BOD to award themselves a pay rise? Performance based pay they call it. What a joke. This salary rise above all is what irks me more than everything. I can wait for the EPS I've waited for a long time as you well know. The BOD cannot wait for their pay rise though. Oh no. I am ANGRY. We were LIED TO at the last AGM. I do not CARE what you say. I am positive there are many shareholders who feel this way. Are we all shorters? What is Bhattacherjee going to do about the shareprice?
