Of course Drewky, none of this is due to the BOD. No they are entirely faultless. It's all the fault of the TPDC, shorters and market makers. They should award themselves another pay rise actually. They are doing such a good job. (Irony) I get that you don't want to "talk down the stock" but it's the BOD who made this deal. It's their plan. Where is the transformation? I hope there is an RNS tomorrow morning with great news but in all likelihood there won't be. The scene has been set. AGM in September, there won't be a spud date until at least then IMO and who set the dates? Our infallible BOD. What did they think would happen after announcing the 'transformational' deal? They haven't even sorted out Kiliwani yet! And they've awarded themselves a pay rise!! Unreal. Never thought I'd say this but Apache was right.

Moaning about it isn't helping anything Fira, my average is 2p. Focus on the positives. We're debt free, cash accretive, self funding a copper mine and tin tungsten exploration/early stage mine. We've got a nickel/cobalt/rare earth play in Australia. No way would our customer be paying a non refundable deposit at Cobre if they didn't think they would get their environmental issues sorted and deliveries resumed. Chin up :)

Seriously the sp has taken a bit of a knock I'll grant you but this share is largely held by retail investors. Newsflow is some months away so PIs have moved elsewhere, this will skyrocket on good news IMO. BOD are getting on with the day job.

Self serving, incompetent, bumbling and overpaid Bhattacherjee has sold us, and the shareprice down the river. PR is, and always has been appalling. Another masterful move by Bhattacherjee has now seen the sp crash after his 'transformational' farm-out. But of course it's the market that's got it all wrong. Apparently. Bhattacherjee needs to go.

As you say Crusty is all about risk. Perhaps ARA just want the final element of risk (dev license) removed and farmout deal concluded (preventing other suitors) before making their move on Aminex. By postponing the drill indefinitely (or saying they will) and snapping us up for <1p per share with shareholders realising it's that or nothing. Beyond the realms of possibility?

Look I don't think that will happen Robbie however it is surely a possibility. ARA already hold 30% of Aminex and a reverse takeover could tie up some loose ends for them.

Currently the licence is in our name, however once transferred we have to be certain that our BOD have contractual terms in place to protect shareholders from this scenario. It wouldn't take much to further damage investor confidence and snap up Aminex in the fire sale.

Zubair Corp have no shareholders to answer to, delaying the project for another year wouldn't cause any issues for them at all. The BOD would have $5m to cover salaries and only PI's would lose out - again.

As I said I don't think this will happen but I'm afraid I don't have the confidence in Jay Bhattacherjee that others do.

If Bhattacherjee has something else up his sleeve as Malcy suggested now would be the time to pull it out.

Bottom line here is that it has been the BOD's incompetence that has led us to the point of having to farm out. TPDC have been extremely patient while our BOD have failed to successfully sustain a single well in or to production.

So the farm out should at least deliver some returns to shareholders - that is of course unless Zubair corp announce once we approve the farm out and the license is awarded and transferred to AST that they will postpone the drill and after our shareprice is wiped out make a low-ball take-it-or-leave-it move to buy out Aminex.

Vike if going from 75% of Ruvuma to 25% is not dilution I don't know what is. We may also be further diluted if TPDC wish to exercise their right to a stake and solo also have preemption rights to increase their stake I believe. I think the farm out is it best chance of monetising Ruvuma; thankfully handing control to a competent organisation, however let's not pretend the is no dilution and bod are doing a great job.

Who was the podcast for though Drewky? Not for us we know the situation but if you listen to the podcast with a new investor hat on and listen to the podcast again would you invest? IMO absolutely not. Where was the enthusiasm, where was the inspiring sales pitch. Where were the figures? He is the CEO and even Apache is more enthusiastic about Aminex than he is. They should forgo their salary increases and pay Carmarco and/or other to PR the company properly.

We're all waiting to hear news Drewky and JayBot was so focused on what he couldn't say he didn't say anything.

He didn't mention Nyuni, he didn't mention Kiliwani (north or south), he didn't mention Namisange (do we even still have this?) he didn't mention flow rates or any income projections for Ruvuma. He didn't give anything on dates or timescales. He almost seemed to have memorised soundbites and then just rhymed them off.

The two things he did say were that Zubair Corp could vote on the reverse takeover and that they were still tendering for rigs?!

He could have gone in with "We plan to", "We intend to", "We will" followed by some detail of what has already been made public by way of RNS or presentation. Even if it was all came with the "if shareholders vote it through" caveat.

Seriously, we're paying JayBot a fortune and it seems every time he opens his mouth the shareprice goes down.

He didn't say anything with any substance - no real timescales no real figures a lot of umms and vagaries. The most interesting thing he said was:

Interesting MK, I didn't know that, I should probably have read the RNS in more depth, totally missed the Cu references. From the Redmoor drilling programme RNS http://irservices.netbuilder.com/ir/StrategicMinerals/newsArticle.php?id=2458781&ST=SML: "From CRL's 2017 drilling programme, drillhole CRD019 provided significant support for the concept of the Exploration Target. While the results from this drillhole have not yet been incorporated into the High-Grade Mineral Resource, this hole intersected over 20 metres (true thickness), including 7.00 metres (4.82 m true thickness) @ 2.63% SnEq from 507.05 metres within which was including 1.00 metre (0.71 m true thickness) @ 12.38% SnEq from 510.05 metres. This high-grade mineralisation is within the Exploration Target area and at grades significantly in excess of those of the reported resource above it." It should be very exciting to see what grades we get back from the lab. Hopefully confirming high grade SnEq and it would seem we're at or near TD.

This is far from dead, 6 months should see the sp back above 3p and depending on the flow rates from CH1 potentially 4p+. Indeed it's quite the opposite to dead, if anything it now looks more alive than it has for over a year. Fully funded drilling program of up to $140m (free carry for Aminex to $35m) for FFD of Ruvuma. CH1 is also targeting liquids - it could very well be the first commercial oil discovery in Tanzania and we know there is oil somewhere as there were traces at NT2. I'll be holding tight for CH1. This is a good entry price IMO.

I prefer to imagine the sp with a stonking Cobre RNS Fira ;) I think for JP to negotiate the deal he has suggests that there is demand for the magnetite and given they are paying non refundable installments worst case scenario we have retained all the magnetite and the non refundable cash. We'll just go and find another buyer. Presumably that's why the client agreed to the deal in the first place: to keep exclusivity to the supply. LCCM production is only 10 months away and I'm sure we'll have some test production updates in the interim.

That may very well be the case Drewky however I believe we should all make a stand and press them on this at the EGM.

As it stands, irrespective of your view on the farm-out deal, the BOD have not delivered anything other than a nice presentation and a heads of agreement with ARA - one that can only happen if ratified at the EGM. I am quite sure it will be ratified, however until then nothing has been delivered and even at that point in September when the deal gets the green light no income will have been delivered.

As such I cannot see any reason that the BOD should/could feel it appropriate on any level to raise their salaries until it can be justified by the delivery of tangible results.

Also, small point but they should remove references to "Producing" emblazoned across the website since we're unfortunately not producing anything at the moment.
