If you feel the facts are negative then that's on you Drewky, the facts are the facts though. You can throw as much conjecture and spin into your list as you like and it looks like you have, however there is little of note in your list that isn't in mine.

I'm sticking to the facts Drewky, not highlighting positive/negative nor adding comments or conjecture. The abbreviated list is not only about the farm-out either I've got Kiliwani in there although in all honesty what else is there? Nyuni and KS1 are a long way off until we've re-built our bank balance.

- APT will acquire 50% of the Ruvuma project with Aminex retaining 25% and Solo Oil (subject to funding) the remaining 25% .
- APT (Zubair Corp) will pay $5m in cash and carry Aminex up to $35m to cover our 25% share of a $140m total projected spend to reach full field development of Ruvuma project.
- Early Production System set to achieve a Minimum of 40 mmcfd in Q1 2020 representing $12m p.a. fully carried cashflow.
- APT will acquire 200km2 of 3D seismic data to optimise drilling targets.
- Based on results of CH1 and 3D seismic APT will build a 33km pipeline to allow for maximum gas delivery.
- Kiliwani remediation and production planned to resume in 2018.
- Full field development is projected to produce ~140mmcfd by mid 2020’s with Aminex receiving $25-35m per annum.

I think we've all been burned, no-one mention Xcite energy or Max Petroleum. As you say Mr T, SML feels different, although things can always go pear shaped we're making money and we've got a diversified portfolio. The world is rapidly transitioning to battery power and we have the right mix of prospects. If we find a pile of nickel or cobalt in WA we could very easily reach £100m . That's what's so exciting. And we're underpinned by Cobre and soon LCCM while we firm up Redmoor and Care/Mt Weld.

It is Apache, given a long enough timeframe we'll all be back in profit again, although it's very likely there will be a few more who will have lost the plot by then ;)

Well if you ask me I'm very happy to be producing copper from already mined ore - think of all the money we've saved by not mining it ourselves. If mining can only mean digging Fira then we may not be digging by mid-2019 but we'll be producing and that's what counts. Cash baby! ;)

I agree Trout, the BOD have a lot of skin in the game much more than many other AIM companies.

I don't know about you Mr T but I've checked down the back of the sofa and under the bed and I couldn't find £65k anywhere. I think for the BOD to buy shares now as a direct reaction to the decline and as a stop-gap before newsflow starts to attract new investors I think it's very very welcome. Even dividing this between them it's still a good sized chunk of change for them personally to invest IMO.

If there is insider trading going on you would think the FSA would be on it, however looking at their conviction rate it appears it's so difficult to prove they don't bother investigating or trying and instead rely on fines. Pretty shocking really.

I thought PWs statement in yesterday's RNS effectively said the same thing Mont31 so to have another RNS today reiterate that sentiment and by exercising 6.5m options it seems clear to me the BOD are as perplexed by the sp behaviour as we are.

I still can't see why Resilience Mining would sell at what is now a significant loss for them. It's in their best interests to have the sp as high as possible to offload. I think the heard will be back when there is a significant update from either Cobre or LCCM. Redmoor and HC/CARE/MW will be the icing on the cake. Absolute steal at 1.13p!

You won't find many fans on here of Bhatercherjee's presentation style, that LSE interview was appalling dunderhead. And don't get me started again on the payrises again Crusty ;)

However we are where we are, the farm-out will almost certainly go ahead and while dreams of Aston Martin's may need to be revised down to Ford Fiestas we should still see a reasonable return from 2p. I think anyone getting in at these prices should do quite well in the next 6 months assuming CH1 and KN1 are drilled and reworked in that timeframe.

Extraordinary opportunity to get in at a shade above 1p now, never thought we'd be down here again.

Or maybe Bhatercherjee knows he's in trouble at the EGM and he's now furiously trying to justify his unjustifiable payrise :D
