My take on the pipeline scenario FWIW is that they`re waiting on JORC completion to give a third party an exclusivity agreement on high grade Ta in exchange for funding. Hopefully JORC results will confirm grades and volume in order to seal this (usual cloak and dagger news will apply as far as we`re concerned, unfortunately).
Otherwise we`re deep in the mire and its cap in hand to shareholders to fund it. Millions more shares in circulation and a sp considerably lower than we are now.

Regrettably , bar a few core samples there`s nothing to shift. The mine operation is a minimum of a year off production as the pipeline has yet to commence. So no Ta, no Li. Diamond operation in similar situation. As for the much vaunted Trading Arm, thats gone quiet too. Lots of infrastructure to purchase and the burgeoning band of executive salaries to pay. Still, lots of jam tomorrow

Mr C, Totally concur .
Recent deals have done nothing to enhance sp despite what resident rampers would try to tell us otherwise.
Balance is an absolute necessity which many miss with their heads in the clouds or in a certain case probably in the employ of GC. I`ll wait until all these 'mega' deals translate into significant sp gain which is the ultimate yardstick.

Would`nt fundamentally disagree with any of this conjecture, 3-4p certainly achievable. However that`s the problem as Mr C points out. That`s way below many peoples buy in price here. thats not naysaying but harsh reality I`m afraid. They`ll have to do a great deal better than that to impress me I`m afraid.

As to your questions.
1) I believe LJ is a genuine Ta man with a wealth of experience and is the right man for the job (never said otherwise) .
As to his business model , I`d be a lot happier if he chose to share it a trifle more broadly. For example we`ve heard nothing regarding the water/pipeline scenario despite being told months ago that something was imminent.
As to selling out, with the greatest respect its my money and I`ll choose the time when I consider it right.
2) No problem with two JORCS , a necessity for attracting a big scale end user.
Lastly I would`nt label myself as a naysayer though you may feel free to do so it does`nt concern me in the slightest. Nor will I be vanishing without trace. I like to think I hold a balanced view and am happy to look at both positive and negative aspects of any investment I hold. Like many others here I get frustrated by the lack of news forthcoming from the BOD hiding behind the non disclosure curtain which does nothing to appease existing investors or attract new ones.
I also I`m afraid find your constant ramping of other GC companies rather tiresome as they have nothing whatsoever to do with KZG other than being under the GC umbrella . They are no more or less destined to succeed or fail than this is.

I personally do`nt regard GC as a villain but in the interest of balance its important to note the sp performance (because ultimately that`s the acid test) under his stewardship.
He has presided over a sp shift from around 14p where many here invested (not me) to the point we are at today 0.5p. Thats a fall of well over 1000%.
This will indeed have to multi bag and some , just for many investors to break even let alone see a profit.
Let us all hope the "exceptional entrepreneur" manages to sprinkle some fairy dust here, though both mines being so many months from viable production I do`nt see that as imminent.

What are the chances if any of more than one FO on different sites . HRZ and beyond?

The trouble here as I see it is the acquisition is not instantly value enhancing (though it may well be in the long term).
We`re told that the mine is a year ish off production which is roughly the same as the Ta mine assuming the pipeline was starting to be built tomorrow which it isnt. Therefore one cannot be used to fund the other so the begging bowl will be out for more funding sooner rather than later. Never a good thing when contract signing is nigh!

The market has reacted accordingly with sp down predictably.

CJ39, How right you are. Sadly AIM is littered with companies who follow the Oregon Gold scenario. Forever purchasing other bombed out businesses and achieving no material gain for long suffering shareholders whilst keeping BOD members handsomely rewarded. Sincerely hoping we do`nt fit into this category but have serious doubts now. There appears no logical reason for this acquisition.

Is this really the moment for acquisitions ?
What I`d like to see is a fully operational mine (with water) producing a high quality stream of Ta to a confirmed end user resulting in a decent income stream.
Instead we purchase another non producing pit further up the road that we dont have the resources to exploit.
Doubtless some will come on here and inform us its all part of LJ`s master plan. I`ll wait to see how it affects the sp if indeed it does.
