DW substantial pay cut on two fronts.
Firstly the covoid19 scenario . Most employees have undergone this through no choice. Most employers have undergone this through respect and conscience , hope he follows.
Secondly. His delivery to shareholders. Personally I`ve had enough of hearing him "cream the curve" and "failing fast".
A large slice of humble pie regarding his remuneration is surely would be the very least he should be addressing.

GC does not really strike me as a committee man. Likes to do everything his way rather than by consensus. Though I`m happy to concede he`s had a fair degree of success doing precisely that.

Fortitude. I dont actually believe this will go bust either and agree that three years to get a bombed out mine up and running is not excessive either. If I did I`d have thrown in the towel long ago.
LJ is obviously an expert in his field which is why he was chosen. Sadly his skills do not include regular updating of shareholders with sufficient facts and figures on which to base their investment decisions. A fact we simply have to live with.
As to GC . Stepstone was a failure as was his stewardship of the ECB where he oversaw the Stanford debacle so not all a resounding success. And before anyone says "that is just sport" , it may be but its big money and run as a business,and he was in charge. Many peoples view of him here is severely tainted, rightfully so since they based their original investment on a string of absolute b....hit he came out with before realising he was totally out of his depth and swiftly appointed LJ.
I think we sing from the same hymn sheet in many respects but perhaps we differ in the rose tinted spectacles department.
I hope I dont have to wave you off to Mars!!

Fortitude.. I`m not a naysayer merely a realist.
I live in west Dorset and could sell my house and buy half this company at current mcap such is its level.
Not suggesting this can`t or wont necessarily recover but its a mountain from here.
GC has had his business failures too. Not all he touches turns to gold.
This is a KZG bb not Ironveld or Barkby . Your constant ramping of other GC companies is irrelevant and does nothing to bolster your argument.
I prefer a degree of balance and to be honest with the greatest respect you rarely provide this.

Well I hope for all our sakes you are correct though there is nothing specific to indicate its is imminent.
You regularly mention and sing the praises of other GC companies though they are not linked to and bear no similarity to this one. The more sceptical amongst us might suggest you are some sort of GC spokesperson ! I`m happy to accept you`re just an enthusiastic investor.

If i`m brutally honest i`d bite your hand off to get my initial investment back if you put it in front of me now.
I`ve been here since Ken days. Another 2-3 years is simply unacceptable.
The news flow is pathetic and one of the reasons why the sp is at current levels.
If the the last two trading days are reciprocated for a month, some people may see a return on investment.
Patience wearing seriously thin. Every rns just like the last.

Sadly our drill is in the US, which I fear is still in its infancy regarding Covid-19.
Trumps` seemingly total inability to grasp the situation is mind boggling. You only have to witness his acolytes standing behind him at the lectern . They almost all visibly wince when he speaks.
That said, the outcome of the drill wont be affected only the short term sp perhaps not being as high as it would otherwise have been.

Just had a phone call from my sister who was on holiday in Namibia. She got out with difficulty as most flights are channelled through SA which is closing its borders.
Only 6 confirmed cases of CV and its a big country with a small population so the mine should be relatively safe given its location.
