Last Friday I posted my doubts whether the PSA's had been finally distributed to all operators and with the negative effect of the virus issue on the sp, no positive signals anywhere yet. Both AEX and Wen wandering southwards. As CP has clearly maintained, approval is one thing, terms and conditions another.

Buying Leaking ? Currently AEX 0.94p up 4%. If the RNS is to be believed, we are set to have multiples of 4% anytime soon.

If it is true Draft PSA's are with the operators, I find it strange no leaks have come down the numerous grapevines with news of the crucial terms and conditions....

I'm assuming all operators get their PSA's simultaneously so sooner or later, surely confirmation of the rumours will pop up somewhere ? Once the terms and conditions are forensically examined, an RNS should follow should it not. There is a fear terms and conditions will not be as generous as before. Hopefully not the case, but if the terms and conditions are not as hoped for, I suppose we could well expect the operators to come together and appeal ?

Frank, are you using voice dictation ? I ask this because what Buckler says is true as more often than not, we need an interpreter to unravel your missives. I guess you are the most prolific poster on this chat board and that you must have several millions shares locked in and like others, naturally anxious to the point of real concern that AEX will not succeed. If I'm right, why not try the old fashioned, although slower and more laborious way of manual typing in future ? You have every right to post on this forum, but maybe most of your messages could be just as well conveyed with a precis. There's no doubt at all your 'dates lottery' must have consumed a great deal of your time and made a dreadfully drawn out farm out process less boring than it actually has been, and my thanks to you for that.

We can certainly see why he's in no rush to grant tom dick & harry a Licence ! Out of interest, how many operators currently supply the grid with gas d'you know ?

Can I ask a question of you Chris. Currently unlike our KN1, Wentworth Resources have continued (as far as I know) to produce Gas for revenue. If they are still producing, anyway they will inevitably need their Licence renewed and see if the terms demanded give them a fair living. However, If like us their Licence has expired, is there enough production to meet the current and immediate needs for gas ? Maybe Wentworth could be a good barometer for approvals when god willing, they start to arrive. What an awful disappointment it was when KN1 dried up for reasons still unknown. Still gnaws away at me that one !

No Dunder, I have to accept my age may say my memory's suffering but for me Crusty Pete led the way opposing the deal and showed itself when he and Brian Hall had a big stand up row at the time of that particular meeting . Things eventually led to Hall's resignation, the man who I really feel was the architect grabbing the acreage some now surely envy. You once told me to scroll right back and look at your track record and from some of what I did see, you appeared well, confrontational. No doubt you will deny that is your nature. As a poster recently stated, Drewky has always come across as expressing an honest view and very much took over promoting the deal when Tip Top, without much explanation slipped away into the shadows. As I say, my memory could be letting me down so very much, e&oe.

Can anyone imagine government will tell the Omani's go jump ? I include that question to the amazing number of twerps that originally were bitter AEX didn't go it alone when the 'Transaction' with the Zubs was first proposed. Minnow Aminex now has some clout !

All of must have thought, this is it, but no. So getting more likely something serious is afoot with Wentworth on the rise (no alph, it's our seriously promising acreage I'm opting for ). Could be there is a draft Licence which is not what the operators want and they're discussing amongst themselves what the should do ? If not, what other explanation is there ?

Wentworth Resources ticking up now as well . Can the really LTH's remember what happened to the sp when we got that first one and only divi ? A true roller coaster thereafter.

Thanks to Highlandmatt for his Touchstone plug on the Aminex plc chat forum who are exploring in Tanzania. However, I think there's a much better investment over with Aminex plc (AEX) who are now about to be backed by the Omani's huge wealth and influence with amazing acreage awaiting Licence approvals. AEX is still not quite a One Penny a GO! A true snip.
