Luckily I've been brave/foolish enough to average down for the decent few million shares I hold personally, for my girls and in my pension scheme. Why did I buy in ? Majadie are apparently under considerable pressure from their clients due to poor overall performance. Possibly they will stop the sell order after coming to the conclusion that AEX is on the path to success. I know you take the opposite negative view of Aminex Rojo, and maybe best for you to dump out. I see it differently and even at my old age, can't wait for the exciting 12 months to come, god willing.

Frank, it seems to me you are trying be a day trader but telling us all about it and not gaining any friends ! You also forget that Majadie have a sell order, whether that's for all of their 200m holding I don't know but if it is, it means the sp is going to be a roller coaster. The fundamentals for Aminex are now pretty much safe and secure. Why not sit tight and wait to see your asset grow when the seismic is done and we spud Chickumbi. It's an exciting year ahead but patience is required.

Thought today's announcement would interest some of you on this forum. After all, more than one of you here has continually forecast the imminent demise of Aminex. It's time to eat humble pie and consider an apology. Remember, the deal means Aminex plc are fully funded for a $40m work programme with amazing acreage. What's not to like ?

• Acquire 200 square kilometres (surface coverage) of 3D seismic (min. expenditure of US$7 million)
• Drill the Chikumbi-1 exploration well (min. expenditure of US$15 million)
• Complete the negotiation of the Gas Terms for the Ruvuma PSA with the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation
• Using the data gathered from Chikumbi-1 and the seismic acquisition, prepare and submit an application for a Development Licence for the Ntorya Location area.

Northern, why aren't Wentworth Resources and other operators in Tanzania moving forward ? It's the same answer for AEX but you've never ever accepted that have you ?

I agree with you that we shouldn't witness any dilution, assuming that is we are still not registered in Aim !

Good of you to respond CP, thanks. How many of the operators were producing and getting paid I wonder. One for sure was Wentworth, so I'm assuming they can just turn the taps back on. This of course reminds us all of the heady days with KN1 and an Aminex web site boasting ' Debt Free Gas Producer'. A real mystery why we lost that revenue and whether for sure we can restore production. But as you say, it's that acreage of ours that must surely have attracted the Omani's and the free carry we will be due to receive.

Whilst I've got your attention Chris, assuming Licences finally arrive, do you know if it is the case all the operators are waiting for them ? As a guess who do think will hear first or will we all get the 'off' together ? I know it's anybody's guess what AEX's value will be but when I think of the fully funded $40m work programme, frankly it warms my ****les !

All sorts of reasons for this, one being the possibility the Zubs making an offer. Without upsetting you Chris, years ago it was argued that as a partner with AEX, it was regarded as a leaky ship. More likely it's is an investor taking a position but whatever it is, it relieves the boredom of waiting for the very well overdue news.

HY - when you ask if Aminex consider Wentworth the enemy, consider the fact that one of your shareholders has stated again and again that in his opinion, Aminex were going bust.

Brian Hall's gathering up of our highly prized acreage.
New offices acquired to take the company forward.
The £3m Zubair advance on the Transaction
The backing of the Omani's, their influence and wealth.
The dream of Chickumbi oil to come.
Untold exploration with free carry and so on........

At one time this morning, Aminex's website quoted a fall of 18% ! What lucky soul took advantage of that I wonder ?
