Sorry to see Wentworth edging down again. I was quite upset that on several occasions in the past, their members were forecasting our bankruptcy which as you can imagine did AEX no good at all. When our Licence was extend I posted the details of our $35m funding with a polite message on their chat board calling for an apology. That is 'being considered' but hopefully they will also see the light of day, that a great deal of winning approvals seems to be down an acceptance of this CGT. That's the way of things now and whatever else that they have said about us in the past, wish them well.

Well well Dunder. There were 9 tick ups for newcomer big pat's LEAVE WELL ALONE. I've asked them to explain themselves. Nothing. What does that tell you ? My concern is that with the hefty loss and the BOD's RNS award of £1.2m, with only 25% interest going forward, will much of anything be left behind for LTH's. Also, it seems to me nobody on this chat board has any real idea of the legality of the RNS. And one correction I wish to point out, Crusty said the Zubs invested £35m in fact is was $15m.

It seems to be pretty solid support for a challenge to the BOD's apparent selfish awards.
I feel Ideally we need to get a view from someone outside, looking in, and Malcolm Graham Wood comes to mind.
Has anyone got a line of communication to this reputable sage ? After all, he may prompt Mr Bell into thinking again....

Well, it would be nice to think Zubair could take the BOD to one side, remind them of the huge loss just declared and telling them to moderate their rewards and maybe link them to how successful Aminex becomes. For me with all the years of waiting, then the euphoria and excitement of the approval but now to get a much reduced return for our loyality is as good as a kick in the teeth !

Where are you CP ? We're all awaiting your view with interest. To me, this forum seems pretty much agreed it's Greed, nothing else but Greed. Disastrous for LTH's such as yours truly who are now not going to see a fair return. If you agree, what I would like to know is, how do we fight it and do we have a chance of succeeding ?
