The most impressive volume is Notrex posting 405 times on ECR in the last 30 days....if he's online for 12 hours a day that's more than a post an hour EVERY day.

And this is from someone who has little/no interest buying shares and constantly bashes the company.

I have made a list of the value adding/original contributions backed up with evidence over the last 30 days:

The rest is just' the price is going down' 'everyone else is bitter' and various levels of abuse and poor judgement (bought at 'and average' of 0.27, sold at 0.2, the placing price will be 0.1, this is definitely going 0.175 in the next few days and various other incorrect/ unverified claims)

I guess that depends on what was asked/said in the interview....I've not heard it so cannot comment if it was positive or negative (and nor have you)

As you say this is just going to drift up and down slowly without news.

We are sitting at a £3m mcap which on the face of it looks underpriced given Lolworth's potential and the Hurricane grades.

What is holding this down is uncertainty over the Hurricane license deal and the plan going forward and any speculation on either of those id pure guesswork at the moment.

When the Hurricane deal is agreed and the plan is revealed then the SP will be free to move accordingly as newsflow comes.

The main things I'm looking for the plan are:

* Which assets are we going to progress.

* Which are we looking to offload.

* How is this going to stabilise the financial moving forward and provide the funds to push forward aggressively on Lolworth and Hurricane.

* Confirm when drilling will start and where ....we don't need a detailed drilling plan, just confirmation that drilling will begin in Lolworth/Hurricane at the start of the dry season and maybe some surprise drilling in Victoria in the next couple of months (that one's for you Tamer).....this will give investors confidence that they are looking to make progress on exploration

* Is there a loophole to utilise the tax credits (would be a major SP/financial boost for a c£3m company)

* What is the strategic plan

Once the plan is released the market will be sure on the future direction of ECR, speculation will be reduced and the company (and SP ) can move forward

Funny how Notrex always abuses people (more than usual) when asked a direct question that he cannot answer.

Also he claims that he said the SP was going to kiss the placing price , however last week he posted he was contemplating buying at 0.25.........those two statements don't add up?

...and welcome to a potentially crazy couple of days on the ECR BB.

There will be plenty of rumour, assumptions, conspiracy theories, lies, ramps, deramps and guesses who the 'high net worth' individuals are (you could say it's like a normal couple if days here, but magnified 😆)

With the placement tomorrow there will be many games played and the guesses on the individuals who invested will be that, just guesses.

Hopefully the BOD have encouraged the investors to declare early to allay any speculation , although it could be a week or two until we see a TR1.

Hopefully "The Plan" will be revealed shortly.

No surprises there ..... Get the shares admitted on Monday and get on with formulating 'the plan' so we can get to a BAU state and stop all the conspiracy theories.

I would not be surprised to see a large after hours trade declaration.

Tamer, The plan will arrive when the BOD are agreed on the way forward ...when that will be no-one knows.

It may be that we will look to sell additional assets: The property is for sale. Do we need 2 drill rigs, will all the licenses be retained?

No-one knows what the plan is going forward.

We do know they are trying to renegotiate Hurricane terms (I suspect to remove/reduce any share/cash payments upfront. An independent review of the Creswick and Baillieston license data is happening to determine the potential at those and Hurricane/Lolworth will hopefully see drilling programmes t both next dry season.

It would add a lot of confidence if the BOD confirmed that there would be drilling at both Queensland licenses as soon as the wet season is over.

The SP has dropped another 10% on 10 trades today - the 3 x 3m seller has had a disproportionate impact.

The last few days have seen big % swings on small volumes (I guess most investors are employing a 'hold, wait and see' approach).

SPs love certainty and we have two fronts of uncertainty:

1 . The placing - This uncertainty will be removed on Monday as the shares will be admitted and we will see if the mass flip will occur or if was blatant scaremongering.

2. The future direction of the company . Everything is being evaluated by the new BOD and we await 'The plan' at which point we will know the direction the company will be heading, how they will keep the finances to support the business and which Licenses they will be a) looking to keep and b) looking to develop/drill in the near/mid term.

The finances have been stabilised and recent results at Lolworth and Hurricane have both been extremely encouraging , but have been overshadowed by the uncertainty.

Once that uncertainty have been removed then the ECR share price will move forward with more relevance to the development of the companies assets....and I'm guessing at that point those investors such as Legal will have a better idea in their minds if ECR is investable moving forward.

The market has been aware that these shares will be admitted for a couple of weeks and the upcoming dilution is already priced in to the SP IMHO.

Therefore I don't see any step change on 10th when they are admitted although I thoroughly expect the MMs to drop the price on opening to play on the 'quick flip' and 'dilution' theories to encourage volume on that day, with the expectation that the SP will bounce back on the day pretty quickly once the sheep have been weeded out.
