Of course if you actually explained (or even had)some reasonable explanation/evidence of why you had your opinions then although they may not agree, they would give you a degree of respect.

You make bold statements like "in the interview they say there will be imminent dilution" and reference a quote that obviously does not say that......and then defend it by saying 'well it's clear' and offer not a word of explanation despite being given the opportunity to do so..

Then you are just baselessly deramping and as has been proved on multiple occasions recently , easy to discredit.

I've laid out why it does not mean there is a raise, but you cannot provide the same .

It just needs one sentence from you to lay out your thoughts and gain back a little credibility

If not your very (very) limited credibility goes down another rung.

So the quote (that was part of the renumeration package explaination)

''that metric will change so should we not raise any more money in the next quarter then we'll use the volume weighted average and we'll re-calibrate the price for the next sort of share price, so we're.. we're working in a prevailing manor, and should we go and raise some more cash we'll use that as the bench mark and the next sort of quarter of shares will be issued at that level''

*So this is talking about the remuneration contract and not the expected near term actions of the company.

* The quarter shares are the shares issued to the new BOD members as per the remuneration agreed in the GM.

* In no way does the statement above say that there is a plan to issue any sort of raise or dilution in the near or mid term.

So your assertion that there will be a raise based on the above statement is incorrect .

They do not say that in the interview....I'm sure it would have been picked up by more posters if it had.

As we have all allegedly missed it can you reference the part of the interview (or time in interview) you think it is said so we can have another listen.

Just want to know why you are convinced.

So we can conclude that Mr 1.4 has absolutely no basis on which he has made his "dilution is coming" statement.

He's been given plenty of opportunity to explain and been given reasonable explanation for why I think the opposite.

Could it be another baseless deramp statement from Mr 1.4 (Yet again !)?

So which part of the interview led you to that conclusion? ...I'm sure it couldn't have been where they were discussing the remuneration package which referenced raises as part of the remuneration mechanism.

The two main parts that lead me to believe that there won't be an imminent raise are:

* Doc said ECR are in a stronger financial position (would not indicate a raise is required).

* He also says he could have raised more, but they chose not too (surely if we were going to be in near term financial distress they would have just taken the extra cash and negated that problem).

I would like to hear your reasoning for your belief that there will be a raise.

So you've not listened to the interview and have come to the conclusion that there will be a raise from a couple of lines posted here....or are you basing it on something else?

Again if you took the time to actually listen to the interview you would know that relates to the renumeration package and not planned actions by the company.

But as you repeatedly demonstrate you never let facts get in the way of a good negative post....you usually carve yourself out in the eeb of your own BS.

Notrex, Have you actually listened to the interview (I doubt you have). If so you would know the context of the comments and would not expect another imminent raise. Especially when Dic talks about being in a strong financial position and the fact they could have raised more, but fud not.

Or you can just take a one line quote and twist it to a negative narrative

But only if you exclude the recent bunch of shares he bought for over 0.3, sold at 0.3, bought again for 0.27 then sold again for 0.2.

He is very helpful in letting us know his position and (recently very poor) trading in which he was claiming would 'manage his losses'...lol).....but of course he is spot on with all his predictions and not bitter (unlike everyone else who is apparently very bitter) so we should all regard him as an impartial expert....I know I do
