So you don't think they should do any testing at Blue Mountain and should just randomly pick a spot to start extracting?

That would be a dumbass way of approaching it (So I can see why it would be your approach).

There is a reason for testing, and that's to pinpoint the resource so you are not just digging up dirt.

With a potential $10m/year resource I'd rather they knew where they need to set up the plant for maximum returns.

Alot if personal posts so I thought I would repost this and maybe get some discussion about the actual company activities.

Ignoring the possible crypto play....the main thing that I got from the interview was the increased confidence in the BM revenue.

As you remember the initial company revenue estimate/statement was:

"We are projecting monthly revenues of approximately A$470,000 (US$295,000) from the Blue Mountain Project, based on a 0.6 g/BCM grade, a 25 tonnes per hour wash plant, and a gold price of US$2,790 per ounce"

So (in US$) ....that estimate was $3.54m a year.

They said that they were looking at the possibility of purchasing a 60 tonnes per hour washplant.....If they implement this then that figure becomes $8.5m/year revenue.

The original estimate was based on $2700/oz (current gold price is $3382). If we are a little conservative an apply a £3200/oz price then that revenue becomes $10.07m/year ......even if you took off 30% for commissions/royalties to the landowner and (if used) a subcontractor to run the plan that still leaved $7m clear profit.

And I haven't even accounted for the 0.6 g/t assumption which is conservative given the previous grades (I believe they were over double that).

You can see why the BOD are confident in BM and are willing to take their time to get this right.......OH AND IT WOULD BE TAX FREE ! due to the MGA credits (18m worth).

So 'stuff in the ground' looks good....and they will need somewhere to park all that extra cash

Pity really because it distracted from the excellent update/confidence on BM in the interview.

When you look at the figures in my 9:02 post today, you can see some that when you take some of the 'conservative' estimates on BM revenue and add in he larger washplant, POG, etc. then the BM revenue becomes a pretty compelling investment case by itself (and considering the current mcap is c£5m).

In my scenario below I've put quite heavy costs of 30% and still come out with $7m/yr profit.

As you would expect no detailed costings were shared (would expect that in an RNS, not an open forum) , but as you are talking about running a standard washplant set up with gravity fed recovery and it a 4m deep resource so low extraction costs I may have gone a little high on those.

Refreshing to see such open and honest responses and updates on a number of fronts to come over the next month by the sound of it.

James, I think the post is relevant as the second paragraph can apply now and the first paragraph when BM is producing profitably.

No-one is precisely sure what ECR digital will be offering, but I would guess the company would be obliged to release an update RNS shortly.

Yes a lot of 'ifs' James.....I don't state possibilities as facts ( even when I am very confident they will happen) as I like to be honest and balanced.

For example if a poster typed "There will 100% be a raise in 2025." it is not a fact as it is presented ....it is an opinion.

If more took this approach the board would be a more cordial and balanced place for discussion ........"IF" only ....lol
