"According to Abbott, around 2.9% of patients taking the test receive a false negative when they're actually infected. About 1.5% of people who are not infected will receive a false positive. "
So on a cruise of 1000 guests there could potentially be 30 guests walking around with false negatives that are infecting the rest of the guests during the cruise.
A step forward, but IMHO these tests will only be viable for cruises when they are well over 99% accurate.
