That's the reason I have gone way above my usual maximum % of portfolio in one share for ECR.

That's excellent news.
The key announcement rom ECRs point of view will be when they remove the quarantine period for visitors.
Once this is removed then I would expect the site visits to be carried out shortly afterwards.
They will already have plans for the site visit agenda/requirements once on sight so just a case of booking the flights/hotels once travel is enabled :-)

This could pull forward the timeline for the Creswick JV which may thought had been pushed out to the tail end of October/ November.

All eyes on the lockdown easing announcement on Sunday.

I think you are absolutely correct....the early volumes today were huge for a non-news day
I make it north of 10m shares in the first hour and a bit ...and that's just 400k+ sized trades.
If there is a overhang from a warrant holder I expect them to be cleared out pretty quickly (if not already)

And another 3 x 500k + from an hour ago......either warrant holders offloading or someone loading up and MMs taking advantage of some nervous traders over the weekend to fill the order

6 x 400k+ trades have just been reported from the 8:20-8:30 am period.
Another warrant holder sell off?...would explain the early drop.

Had another listen through the podcast and timelines on JV have slipped, but no negative news around the likelihood of the JV happening
In fact there are positives around the fact that 2 parties have completed DD and are looking to put boots on the ground.
This shows that the geology and data that has been assessed by theses companies matches or exceeds what ECR promised and that the demands ECR have put forward for a deal were not way off the mark.
The fact that ECR have received a couple of proposals as all 4 parties are still interested also shows that they are not miles apart as far as the valuation/potential of Creswick is concerned.
If the data had been floored, the potential viability of the project or ECR had placed an unreasonable price on a JV then we would have seen some of our courters withdraw from the process.
All 4 still in and that is an excellent sign that we have something significant and that we are negotiating from a position of strength.

On the Baillieston front I am expecting the ground exploration results to drop this week and be accompanied by the drilling programme.
Reading between the lines it sounds like Blue Moon is proving to be viable and a relatively low cost to prove up and look the next stage towards production.
We know there will be no cash calls and that the company (including the drilling programme is fully funded for at least the next 12 months (and we get the 42% rebate on drilling costs) so no worries financially.
all looking good and I will take the opportunities (and I have for the last month) to top up as and when this drops below 2p

In a previous interview he was keen to get a drilling programme up and running at Baillieston for the Ozzy summer, which starts around October.
Thats one reason I think we will get a drilling programme immediately with the ground exploration results.

So we have basically returned to where we were a week or so ago so no need to worry.
The usual suspects arrive and shout 'JV tomorrow ' as we jump up and return.
At the end of the day the situation has only changed around the ground exploration and drilling timings.
Those could come any time and I look forward to seeing how good a prospect Baillieston is developing towards.
Creswick JV is still progressing with 4 parties still interested.
None of the parties have withdrawn from the process which shows ;
* Creswick is still proving to be a significant prospect through all the DD checks that all 4 companies are separately completing.
*The demands of ECR are not deemed as unreasonablefor a JV.

Craig has shown with Baillieston negotiations he has a value placed on ECR assets and he won't do a deal on the cheap.
With full company funding for 12 months plus and 4 parties interested we are in an amazing position for an excellent deal.
Craig has always stated that he is very confident of a deal being done this year and I believe that has not changed although my personal hope of September has now been extended to October.
Negotiations on the deal will still progress in the background so that when the site visits happen they will be the final step and contracts will basically be good to go really quickly afterwards.
If the negotiations get to the end to basically a signatures required state then I am sure a company would be happy to sent their experts on site, even if it does mean a period of self isolation (who cannot work from home for 2 weeks) so news on a JV will appear our of the blue at some point...and you've got to be in it to win it as ECR will go straight to auction and emerge at a totally different level upon a JV announcement.

So if our mcap gets to a fifth of GOD'S we would have a spare price over 20p.
Not unreasonable to expect in 12 months time.

The 20 to 30 figure was given in a previous interview as the price to prove up the full 7km strike length along the Creswick license.
TBH no-one knows what JV proposals are being negotiated.
But with 4 interested parties and cash in the bank ECR won't be taking a lowball offer, that's for sure.
And if you take our MCAP against GGP who were in a similar position a year or so ago you can see the huge potential.
