Assume mid price of 37p at moment!!
Subscription price 1 new share @ 30p for every 4 held
Therefore theoretical price is 37 x 4 + 30 divided by 5 = 35.6p
So really no point whatsoever unless you are buying '00000s of looking to profit from rights by buying before deadline!!

Raleigh if you dont take up the offer the shareprice will dilute by 20% and you wont have the additional shares so you lose out by that 20%!!

Correct me if I am wrong (and I usually am!!) as it stands up to close of business tonight, in order to benefit from the new shares the break even figure to buy at is today is 37.5p as the price will be diluted by 20% when the shares go XO!

If this is correct then the shares should close around the 37.5p mark bid and all things being equal on Monday revert to the usual fluctuations of the market??

Extremely relieved that we can get offer shares and shows that, unlike other Companies who have raised funds recently, that us PI's are recognised and appreciated!!!!

Thankfully (if I read it correctly) that us PI's who held shares at close on 17th will be offered 1 share for every 4 held @ 30p.

If your shares are held by stockbrokers (in my case HL) how do you go about claiming the shares??

Not got a huge holding but just do not know what to make of this share!! The potential is absolutely huge but at EVERY announcement and exposure of what should be fantastic news the price jumps up before tamely retreating to similar or usually lower levels than before.

Obviously the market does not like delays or moving dates back (as Avacta proved last week) but there has to be something else that is specific to SNG (not AIM market or technical) stopping this from going sharply northwards on potential alone!!

If SNG001 is a success with COVID I appreciate that the profits will not be as huge as some make out because of licencing agreements and most important that in such a situation the Company could not and would not allowed to excessively profiteer from such a product but surely the price target MUST realistically be £1.20 - £1.50 a share if the product proves (hopefully) to be a success!

So in simple terms what the hell is going on!! ???

Every single one of us expected the price to be very close to the 30p level last night after the savaging on Wall Street.

For SHI (and the majority of other shares) to be virtually unchanged so far today is an absolute miracle!!

Well it nearly 8.35 and whats happened this morning is akin to Conference team playing Liverpool at Anfield and winning 3-0 at half time!!

FTSE virtually unchanged!

Plenty of time to go in todays game but nobody in the right mind would have predicted anything but a huge drop today!!

If it SHI closes anything above 30p it will be a result and a half!
If it falls to mid / upper 20's over the next few trading days then surely it has got to be worth topping up.

Lets hope that Ms Kents appointment doesnt turn out to be a conflict of interest!!

I am not arguing about anything!! I was was merely requesting where you got your quote from!! Yes the one that you now clearly admit wasnt official but your own opinion!!

FYI apart from being a customer of SIG, I have purchased 10 tranches of shares from 22nd April averaging out at 23.1p per share. I have "invested" with the view to making a nice little profit on a very much oversold recovery stock over the next 12 months. Yesterday I sold 25% of my holding at 36.4p per share to take some profit. If and when the shares rise to around the 50p mark will sell another chunk and leave the rest to the vagaries of the stock market.
