If there are huge sells the price will go down whenever the trade is declared and vice versa if there are huge buys the price will go up!!

The statement by the Chairman of SLP today puts it in very simple terms!!!

"Share prices will do what share prices do but we will not aid and abet their movement with gratuitous news
flow. Prices go up when there are more buyers than sellers, and go down when there are more sellers than buyers.".

RM didnt use the word "Imminent" but email received by myself and others from Synairgens advisers over 2 weeks ago did!

Stock market hate delays and uncertainty..FULL STOP!!

Also a plea for money from whatever source has to be imminent. If anyone thinks that a tiny company such as SNG is capable of getting such a potentially huge product to market with just £14 million they are simply certifiable.

Before (hopefully) emergency approval which could come at any time, the price could very easily slip back to sub 150p.

Once we get that approval then we shall all reap the rewards for our patience!!

Having trawled through all the official media I simply cannot find anything that hints at a date apart from that one on Bloomberg so is the "August / Summer" update one that has been made up for the purposes of price manipulation over the past weeks??

Ghia you clearly stated last Saturday that "In the webinar RM stated COPD next month it was July at the time." Which webinar was that?? Have listened thoroughly to all available and cannot find any such comment. Please could you clarify?

For the absolute avoidance of any doubt for what, in the next 1.75 days trading, could make a significant SHORT TERM difference to the sharerprice, can anybody PLEASE clarify and provide links to where Richard Marsden has stated that we will have news "next month" or indeed "summer".

In his interview on 22nd July with Bloomberg he stated approval in "a small number of weeks". (2:10 https://www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/2020-07-21/synairgen-seeks-fda-ema-engagement-on-covid-19-drug-video ) which obviously implies news will drop in the near future (not time specific though).

Not in any way saying that we still aint gonna hit the jackpot because I think that we have got every chance BUT got a strange feeling that before the end of week is going to see a placing along news of delay to results. Is that the reason the SP has fallen 25% because there aint any other obvious reason??

In your words last week RM clearly stated in July that news would be "next month" which says to me that they will be made public before the end of this week.

If he was in any doubt whatsoever he should have simply said "as soon as possible" or "in the next month or so". If he cannot adhere to what he has said the a retraction well before his stated deadline should be issued.

If he does not stick to his word on such vital matters then what confidence can you have in his future comments??

The news, hopefully positive will be issued before close on Friday but if it isnt then irrespective of when it is issued, we will all go into the long weekend considerably poorer on paper than we are now as IMHO the share will tank sub 155p and only one person will be responsible for that.

It isnt a case either of have patience or these things take time etc. Its called communicating clearly and accurately to your shareholders!
